The Charlee Hotel

We had a great stay at The Charlee Hotel. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants and other places to explore, and we felt very safe in the area. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this hotel. They always had security at the entrance. The breakfast eggs were made to order and they had a lot of fresh fruit available. All the staff we encountered was very professional, helpful and courteous. Our hotel room was exceptionally clean, the decor was beautiful and the room and bathroom were spacious. The views feom our room were great. They have a rooftop bar, pool and a gym on-site. The location is in the middle of a great location, walkable to many shops and restaurants. Thought the area is always busy, there's plenty of police and we felt the area to be safe. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at The Charlee Hotel. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with a great design and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or anything I needed. The location is hard to beat—it’s right in the heart of El Poblado, making it easy to walk to excellent restaurants, bars, and shops while still feeling safe and convenient. One of the highlights was definitely the views. Whether from the room or the rooftop, the panoramic views of Medellín were absolutely beautiful, especially around sunset. Overall, The Charlee Hotel exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a stylish hotel with comfortable rooms, exceptional service, a fantastic location, and amazing views, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is great. I originally was with my group here for 1 night, and they made me extend the stay 2 additional times because of how much they loved it. The rooftop is great with impeccable service, the rooms were fantastic with great views ( I got the one with the jacuzzi) and Jack(?)(curly hair and braces) was absolutely a gem. He's hilarious and made the entire stay memorable. I cannot state just how special he made my trip with his genuine approach - he made our whole trip! 5 stars, and I will stay here again next year :)
