Highly recommended. Great location with very cozy and beautiful amenities. The hotel is very eco friendly and the staff is very attentive and welcoming. Definitely a place I would be visiting again in the near future. If you look for a very centric and yet quiet and relaxing near the Poblado and Provenza area; don’t doubt it and book your stay here.
On arrival, we noticed Sites was undergoing some renovations unbeknownst to us. The room had a very pungent odor that caused me to cough as the air in the room made it unbearable for me to breathe freely. We witnessed other guests requesting to leave as well. For this reason, we never stayed at Sites for our two night stay. We were disappointed, although we were promised a full refund.
Modern, clean and very comfortable. Great showers and good breakfast. Netflix on TV. Nice little plunge pool and lounge area on the roof and a small but decent gym. Fairly close to the centre of El Poblados but for me, as a first time visitor to Colombia, the walk, although only 10-15 mins, went through a quiet stretch across a bridge which was poorly lit at night. My son and I were fine but I would have been nervous on my own - but taxi/ Ubers are cheap. The only other slight negative was WiFi speed which was quite variable. Good value for money though and overall I liked it a lot.
I stayed at Sites Hotel for 4 weeks and had a great experience. The whole team was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my entire stay. The service was excellent. The location is perfect, especially if you want to stay in a great area of El Poblado. The gym is simple, but absolutely sufficient for a solid workout. The small rooftop pool is also a very nice extra and a cool place to relax. Overall, I felt very comfortable here and would definitely recommend this hotel.
We had a great stay at the Sites hotel! We stayed for 5 nights. The location is great as you are in the Poblado neighbourhood and close to some great bars and restaurants but far enough away from the main road that it isn’t too loud or difficult to sleep. We had an amazing sleep every night. The beds and rooms are comfortable with AC that’s perfect for the more humid days. Not sure what the previous bad reviews about the showers were. We didn’t have this problem at all. The shower was great. The breakfast was also super tasty. It’s continental style but they also do freshly cooked eggs and you can add ham, cheese, onion etc. We loved the breakfast everyday! The front desk staff were also super friendly and said hello/goodbye as you came and went. Would 100% recommend staying here!
