I had a wonderful stay at Novotel El Tesoro! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was spotless, and everything was very well maintained.
The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from each morning. One of the best features is that the hotel is conveniently located inside El Tesoro Shopping Park, making it easy to shop, dine, and explore without having to travel far.
The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep after a busy day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellín!
My stay at the Novotel Medellín El Tesoro was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is located in a tall modern building with beautiful views of Medellín, especially at night. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with great air conditioning that made the stay even more pleasant after exploring the city.
The staff was always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything needed. Breakfast was also a highlight, great variety, fresh options, and excellent service every morning.
Overall, an amazing experience with great rooms, outstanding views, and a very comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Medellín.

Great hotel though it isn’t walkable to any restaurants other than those in the attached shopping mall. They offer a very nice breakfast. Rooms are ver nice with lots of room for your luggage. I would add there is no smoking allowed around the hotel or mall. You need to hide behind a pillar at the parking garage exit next to the hotel entrance if you want to smoke. Oh well.
Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. The hotel itself is excellent. Praise goes to the outstanding staff, who were always courteous, professional, and willing to help. The room was comfortable and clean, offering a wonderful view, and the breakfast was superb, featuring a fantastic selection of local and fresh foods. The location is ideal, situated within a commercial center filled with restaurants, shops, a supermarket, health services, and more. The only drawback was the constant noise at night every evening, due to thin walls and noisy guests moving chairs, slamming doors, and speaking loudly in the corridors.
