We have stayed at this hotel a total of 54 nights over the last 2 years and have never had one disappointment. The gym is spotless, the lobby always clean, the front desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the restaurant is great (Devine breakfast buffet), and bartender prompt. Our room (suite) is perfect. No complaints ! Location is right across from Sante Fe Mall, very close to Oviedo Mall and near to Tesoro. We are addicted!
This hotel is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel, maybe a 3 at best! It started with trying to set up a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and no-one responded. Was unable to reach anyone over the phone or email. That should have been my clue to book another hotel! Front desk lady at check-in was rude and unfriendly. They leave you 1 little bottle of complementary water (I had 2 people checking in) and it is impossible to get an extra one, as if you’re asking for diamonds and pearls 🙄🙄 Wanted to do some yoga and went to the gym to find a yoga mat. They did not even have 1 yoga mat or any sort of mat I could use. Everything was so old and dingy. Would never stay at this hotel again!
We had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Marco at the front entrance went above and beyond—he was informative, helped us with transportation, and truly felt like a newfound friend. Traveling with my young son was a joy, as the staff treated him with such kindness and care. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Update Day 4- definitely different from 3 years ago. Was use to friendlier customer service, all staff no matter the area were very approach able, still a good hotel, will continue to update during my stay. Updated review- I have stayed here 3 years ago and was an amazing experience, with no issues. Currently staying in here came back because my son loved it here and This time I had to drop down a star, because they would not le my other in law and sister in law up she was not going to stay. This was no problems 3 years ago we will see how the rest of the trip goes.
Overall nice hotel. Needs touching up and maintenance in the room. Doors are quite loud so if you are light sleeper and someone is closing their doors you will hear it. The best about this hotel is breakfast and good neighborhood. The negatives: wifi keeps disappearing. One day we had no electricity in the whole building for 3hours, meaning no wifi too - if you are working remotely this wasn’t great as ive missed some meetings online.
