Me and my friends stayed here and completely enjoyed it here. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing and is walking distance to grocery store, breakfast spots, and many other things. If you want to see the beautiful and amazing neighborhood of Laureles in Medellin I would highly recommend staying here. The team here is very helpful and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again soon.

Great appartment, good facilities, very nice, green, safe neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Only improvement possible: retrain Wally, the night receptionist robot
Very quiet and walkable neighborhood.....very safe..parks, shops, restaurant and taxi close by.
The rooms are small like bump into walls shimmy past beds to move around the room and the remodel and finishing or construction is cheap. Air conditioning doesn’t work in some rooms or is poor. WiFi isn’t stable no suitable for work or a business traveler. Price isn’t worth it the photos they post make it look much bigger than it actually is. There are hidden fees upon arrival holds on your credit card and limited access to their sauna and resort-like facilities requiring two hour reservation ahead of time and that’s if it’s available. Rooms had hair that wasn’t cleaned off the floor grim build up around the base of the shower basin and glass. Stains on furniture, broken lighting, some outlets in the bathroom were dysfunctional layout is mediocre lots of wasted space while the bedrooms are too small. Limited privacy staff wasn’t welcoming almost snobbish. Room booked wasn’t the room assigned. Probably better off renting an owner directly or small company managed Airbnb. Overall not worth the money there are many better cheaper or similar prices places to stay in Medellin offering the same or more well since you can’t access the facilities here even properties without spa amenities are better since you can’t access access them here unless your lucky and get a slot and that happens to fit your schedule.
Beware, they may charge you extra!!! I booked through Airbnb. At check-in they demanded that I sign a long paper in Spanish with many additional rules and financial fines. These rules were not communicated through Airbnb. They would not accept fault and insisted on the rules. The management shows little care about customers and does not work on weekends which is outrageous in the hospitality industry. I did not agree with the additional rules mainly because they charge 150 000 COP for a guest after 8pm and this prevented us from checking in. It is not true that this is required by law, it is their policy to get more money from their customers. They need to get and ID from each guest and report it to police but this is routine administrative operation and 150k fee which is more than a half of one day room rate does not justify it. Although the hotel interior and room looked nice, this incident reflects disrespect of guests from the management and that is a red flag in hospitality industry.
