My time here was wonderful.
The staff is truly excellent in their service and hospitality, with a cosmopolitan mentality.
My room was spacious, pristinely clean and elegant, with a comfortable bed and giant modern television.
I found it to be very quiet and with a tranquil ambiance.
The breakfast spread so delicious, with an abundance of options, and the room service menu and quality were impressive.
Located in a nice part of town with ease of connectivity for transportation.

This hotel has excellent location and good rooms. This was my experience: I rented seven rooms for my group. We arrived around 7:00 pm and when we entered to the double bed rooms reserved we found a roll up bed added to one regular bed where two friends were staying. I talked to the reception desk and after fighting with them for about an hour I was informed the manager could not talk to me and that my option was “to cancel without penalty”. I did not take that answer and 30 minutes later two people
Of my group were assigned to a suite. Great! We got to the suite and we found a “suite”‘where the drapes were on the floor, smelled to fresh paint, and a ladder in the middle. Went back to the reception desk, had to wait for another hour before the night shift manager showed up and solved the situation. This is a 5 star hotel but nobody seemed to be able to make any decision to solve the situation promptly. At the end of the stay I had the opportunity to talk to another manager and he was very apologetic. It would have been nice not to to have to go thru all this ordeal specially when you have rented several rooms and your clients are waiting for a solution.
An excellent hotel , helpful kind staff and very clean, the food was very good to, I would recommend to anyone visiting Medellin
Excellent service staff. Extremely friendly. Room was clean and well appointed. The only issue was the bed. Completely broken down and lumpy. Ruined my back. I tried to switch rooms and was refused. Pool was nice. Breakfast was excellent.
It was a really nice hotel and the accommodations were good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It sounds very generic but honestly it was just overall an amazing experience worth its price. The food is outstanding and the balcony views are incredible.
