Hotel Estelar Milla De Oro

The hotel de oro was a great hotel but what distinguished it apart from most was the service after checking out. We had forgotten our passports in a drawer and the hotel staff found them and brought them out to us with our luggage. Epitome of exemplary customer care! I hope the person gets recognized. I stayed there August 12-13 and my name was Won Choe. I forgot the room # but we had two rooms on the 6th floor. Much appreciated, especially after a hectic week with the earthquake. A great hotel in a great area. The breakfast buffet is very good and the a la carte dining is also special. My room was spacious, quiet and comfortable and I also had a nice view of Medellin's spectacular mountains.

We recently traveled with a special group, and the service was exceptional from beginning to end. A special thank you to Andrey Arango, Jessica Tatiana Peña, and Valentina Arciniegas for their outstanding professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail. They made us feel completely at home. The entire hotel team was warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff was excellent, everything was very clean, and the breakfast was tremendous — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Thank you for another wonderful Estelar experience.
