The rooms are great, and the service is okay. However, the location is right in the middle of one of the busiest and most hectic boulevards in Medellín. The partying and noise are practically nonstop—day and night. It’s definitely too much for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay. If you’re looking to be in the middle of the nightlife and don’t mind the constant noise, this is a great location. But if you want peace and relaxation, I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Really nice hotel but if you dont like air conditioning you will freeze. I do recommend the place
I rented 3 rooms for a week. We were greeted by Santiago Manulama who was very short and somewhat impolite. We got to our rooms and found there were no windows in the rooms. Not a big deal, but definitely a first for us. My room, unfortunately had 3 roaches. I went to speak to Santiago and told him the situation. Without any type of empathy, he assigned a new room and went along with his other duties. The new room had a very hard bed. I asked if we could have the same type of bed as the initial room and Santiago said: that’s all we have, if you don’t like it, go somewhere else. Just a few minutes before they were offering us upgrades to balcony rooms. Not a way to handle a situation. After I spoke to management, the issue was taken care of. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the night life. It was impossible to get into the car without fearing getting run over by other cars or bikes. Super busy area. If you stay on the 12th floor, make sure your room is away from the rooftop bar. The music will keep you up. The breakfast in the morning that is included with your stay was pretty bad; it lacked flavor and it was cold Not too many options. The staff was rude when we asked for an arepa. The towels were nicely monogrammed, but they were rough on the skin. Now to the good part… awesome view on the 12th floor rooftop.
Avoid booking this property. It’s easily the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had and offered zero value for money. The main issue is management that simply doesn’t care—the place runs on autopilot. The staff seem embarrassed but powerless to fix anything. The lobby feels like a shopping mall crossed with a railway station—crowded, noisy, and full of vendors. My first room was dark, windowless, and so noisy I couldn’t sleep. Not all rooms have safes, which just adds to the stress. Breakfast was an insult: guests are asked to choose between scrambled or boiled eggs, like children at a school canteen. The bread was stale, and the “buffet” didn’t exist. The gym equipment barely worked. Overall, a depressing, noisy, poorly managed hotel that took away from my holiday. There are far better, calmer, and more professional places to stay in Medellín.
Stayed four nights here on a recent trip. Great place, and would definitely stay here again. Very clean nice rooms. Entire property is well maintained. Great service... very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk - Santiago gladly moved us to preferred rooms at check in, and he was great the entire trip. Safe and secure with security always at the front door. We had balcony rooms on the front, and enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and watch the nightlife below. That said, the music from the clubs across the street is loud and goes until 3am, so if you are a light sleeper you might want to get a room on the back side of the property.
