Heiss Hotel

BEST HOTEL EVER!!! Truly such a great place to relax and have fun! The reception was super nice and helped us when we’re need to extend our stay due to an issue with our Airbnb. Also the people there were very attentive and fast. We also go to meet two awesome bartenders named Santi and David. My family and I had a blast with them and made our stay memorable! This place knows how to treat their guest and we will definitely be coming back!! Thank You Heiss Hotel!! You have an amazing staff!

The hotel was a perfect distance from “downtown” - 10 min drive for sight-seeing. We were 5 min away from excursion pick up points. There was at least 1 employee in the front at all times of the day/night for 24/7 services. Staff was super friendly, always greeting guests and being available, eager to help. There is a little shop next to the hotel (coffee, snacks, food, etc). BUT there are 2 restaurants in the hotel. Food was amazing: mushroom soup and pizza were our favorite. At night, there is music. The views of the city from the rooms and rooftop pool are breathtaking. Heiss Hotel by Jalo is a piece of art, attracting nature with the incorporation of plants and flowers throughout the hotel. The stairs were hand painted with birds, who frequent the area. We would stay again and again.

The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms were decorated with a lot of style. The only reason for granting 3 stars is that the soundproofing is lacking entirely. We’ve been woken up multiple times by people returning to the rooms late at night. As well, multiple rooms on our corridor started playing loud music early in the morning (before 7 in the morning). Great hotel, but not for resting if that’s what you’re looking for.

Mixed experience. The hotel has good facilities, the room is comfortable despite being very small. It has a nice swimming pool at the top of the building with hot water. The breakfast is very poor, from stale bread (croissants that look like they are days old) to a toaster that doesn't work and staff who, after being told, don't care, to very bad coffee. Little variety at breakfast. Reception staff are friendly and helpful, unlike the breakfast staff.
