I always have a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff is super friendly and welcoming every single time. The rooms are consistently clean and offer amazing views of El Poblado. I really appreciate the wide variety of breakfast options each morning, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The location couldn't be better—it's very central with plenty of great restaurants and shops just steps away. Highly recommended!
My husband and I stayed at Hashtag 98 for a whole week and we really enjoyed our stay as a couple. Hotel is very well located, walkable distance from touristic zone, clean and cozy. Front desk ladies are very helpful and attentive (special mention to Valeria and Maria Paula). Also big mention to the security guards at front door, the most sweet and caring ones. We definitely recommend Hashtag 98 10/10. See you again!!
Our first time visiting Medellín, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! ❤️ We stayed at Hashtag 98 for 5 nights, and from the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. Valeria at the front desk was wonderful. She greeted us with a smile every day, no matter what time we came through the hotel. She was always so pleasant, helpful, and happy to answer any questions we had. We also want to mention the evening doorman/security guard, who was always such a pleasure to see when we returned each night after spending the day exploring the city. He always welcomed us with a smile and such a friendly attitude, which made us feel right at home every time we returned to the hotel. The hotel is in such an ideal location, within walking distance of so many shops, restaurants, and everything we wanted to experience. All of the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved our experience at Hashtag 98 and are already thinking about coming back to Medellín—and of course, staying here again! We highly recommend it! 🇨🇴❤️
Pros -great location, your center of city -room is a good size -amazing views, loved it -very clean -front desk guy is very nice -black out blinds automatic -nice staff -let me check in early. And check out is 12 -lots of Tables in lobby to work -air conditioning in room is good Cons -no hot water, just Luke warm, rain head shower only -I love coffee and the free morning coffee is really bad. But you can buy a latte or something, which was better. Barista is not nice at all But the rest of the staff was really nice -I didn’t eat the breakfast but it look’s very minimal - no air conditioning in lobby, open air
Amazing stay at this hotel! The staff is really lovely! A special mention to the breakfast waiter Leonardo who is a ray of sunshine! The free breakfast was great with hot items, to order items and great variety for all diets. The rooms were nice and clean. My one note is that a box of tissues would be a nice addition and the other note is that unfortunately, the balcony led onto the main road so the room very noisy at night. There was also a private event on the first night that was very loud. The rooms did however include a white noise machine to help.
