Diez Hotel Categoria Colombia

As an African American guest, I have mostly good things to say about the Diez hotel. The cons were the room, which was clean, but outdated. I prefer a more modern feel. The breakfast wasnt that great either, loved the fresh fruit and juice but other than that I would pass. The best thing about the hotel was the service, especially the bellboys literally the sweetest men ever. Perfect location, and nice lobby area. I probably wouldnt return, but genuinely the staff made it a nice stay.

Excellent place to stay when visiting medellin. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is in a central location in el poblado. The only downside was the uncomfortable bed. Mattress seemed cheap. Otherwise a great place.

We had an outstanding stay at Diez Hotel Categoría Colombia. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The hotel is beautifully designed with a unique concept that blends luxury and Colombian culture in a very tasteful way. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, with great attention to detail. The bed was perfect, and I loved how quiet and relaxing the space felt after a long day. The service truly stood out—every member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. The location is also a huge plus, close to great restaurants, nightlife, and everything you’d want to explore in the city. Overall, an exceptional hotel that I would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Loved this hotel. It was the perfect location pretty much walked out of the hotel and there were bars restaurants. there’s a famous street with bars and restaurants a couple of blocks away. Will try to add a picture. Also, there was a park nearby where they have some like small pop-ups kiosk where people sell their stuff like paintings, jewelry, etc. Right next to the hotel there was a cigar bar. A lot of my guy friends are into it so it was great too. pretty much we would meet up there and head out once everybody was together. I loved their brunch and actually the place was beautiful to have dinner too. Service was great. There’s a sushi restaurant and a bar on the first Floor upon entering the hotel. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. There was also massage on one of the floors overlooking the view, there was two Jacuzzis, which you have to book in advance. The only downsize is that there’s no pool, but we did not have time for that. Between the tours, the shopping eating the drinking there was no time for anything else. It would have been nice to stay another day and do like a self-care day. Massage hair nails etc. Everything is so cheap. Also look into meds creams etc everything is sold for a fraction of the price so look into those things before you go.
