The rooms are filled with mosquitos. When we tried to cancel our stay, they refused. Location is bad and the rooms are old and shabby. Look elsewhere. Agoda allowed cancellation, the hotel denied it.

We had a wonderful staycation with my wife! The location was so peaceful, and the staff made us feel at home including the security guy at night.Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. We even enjoyed our pool moment. I highly recommend it.

We didn’t receive an invoice for our payment and were incorrectly double charged for two nights. When asking for a refund it took forever because staff didnt keep proper documentation. The refund was sent to the wrong account and staff were not very helpful. Facilities are ok; small and you can hear the next room sounds. We booked for two people and only had one bottle of water provided and had to pay for more.

The service staff is extremely friendly, however, the house house itself is quite out of the way as a location, and it felt obvious that there needed to be security guards overnight. While the bedroom was nicely finished, the bathroom was lacking some basics including any form of shower curtain so there was no option but to flood the floor if you did take a shower, and no floor coverings to avoid slipping. The pool also looked like it needed some care so I decided not to take a dip. Also, if booking transport to the airport with them, be aware that the markup is huge and yet all they use is one of the small local taxis.

We stayed at Staymorr on our arrival in Maun and had room 1. What a treat, the room was stunning and so spacious. As it was just an overnight stay before we commenced on our 4x4 trip we did not use the pool which was so inviting, sparkling clean and the entire property is clean and well maintained. Getting to this lovely Guesthouse was a little disturbing with the surrounding construction vehicles, run down area but once inside the electric gates a wonderful safe guesthouse awaits you. The booking in with staff was very welcoming. After we concluded our 3 week 4x4 trip we again booked into Staymorr Guesthouse but sadly room 1 was booked so we had room 3 which was smaller but very comfortable. The area is quiet at night and we would highly recommend travellers booking into Staymorr Boutique Guesthouse as we felt our vehicle which was fully loaded with our 4x4 equipment was safe at night.
