Stay away, terrible place. No hot water at night, had to take a cold shower, was promised that it will be fixed, next morning same issue. It seems as if it is a joke to the staff and not even phased by the lack of service, no solution or apology was provided.

Nice clean room, beautiful view to golf course. Rediculous that they charge P15 for extra for 500ml bottled water. Breakfast adequate. Good friendly service. Nice quiet location. The room fridge did not work, reported it but was not fixed, even though we stayed 4 nights.

We had an amazing stay at Phakalane Golf Resort. The rooms are large, very well appointed, and open directly onto the golf course. They were cleaned daily and maintained to a very high standard. Breakfast offered a good selection of cooked and continental options, and Hole 19 served delicious food with a great choice of reasonably priced drinks. Service throughout the resort was friendly and welcoming, and the golf community was extremely friendly towards visiting golfers. The golf course itself is very good, with stunning views, and the grounds and gardens are immaculate. There are a couple of areas for improvement. The pool area is small and lacks seating or sun-lounging space. While there is seating near reception overlooking the course, it’s not ideal for relaxing during a holiday. A pool lounging area, similar to The Grand Palm, would greatly enhance the resort’s facilities. In addition, the golf clubs available for hire were not of good quality, and upgrading these would significantly improve the experience for visiting golfers. Overall, we loved our stay so much that we extended our visit and booked an extra night. We would happily return.
