Avani is beautiful 😍! EVERYTHING was 5 star as far as I am concerned! This was my second time staying here! The staff were exceptional as usual. The rooms were VERY neat and well equipped with towels, delicious smelling bath essentials, safe, extra sheets, everything! The food was delicious as always! Everyone should give their oxtail a try. You won't regret it! Loved my stay here and would recommend it 100/100 to everyone!

Service in the restaurant and pantry is terrible, waited almost 1h 30min for a pizza, no service for 30min at the pool side bar only to receive a drink full of mouldy ice, no milk alternative at the buffet, have to wait more then 15min to receive some. Service all round is just slow and don’t care attitude. Not sure if management is even aware or are even around. You ask for the manager only to be told im busy. Pay full price for food and receive half the worth. Rooms are great and house keeping is good a bit slow but acceptable.
