I had the pleasure of riding with Henrique. He was extremely attentive, kind, and professional. Ensuring to the best of his ability I was able to make my flight. I can not say enough good things about him and would love to have him every time I am in Boston.
The transfer from Boston to Logan Airport was absolutely perfect! The ride was on time, smooth, and stress-free. Eddie is the best driver, was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We truly appreciated his excellent service — highly recommended!
I have used JR Limo Service for several years now and have had outstanding service each and every time. Regardless of the weather, the number of times my flights times were changed, or the time of day or night, the driver has always been there waiting for me. And, although I have never had the same driver twice, everyone who has driven for me is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. I couldn’t be happier with this company.
Our driver Diego was awesome. He was so pleasant, and professional. He arrived 30 Minute’s early ,took the quickest route given the Boston traffic. Would ask for him anytime. The company itself had great communication about arrival and who your driver was going to be.
I was traveling alone internationally with my young daughter for medical appointments and was on the hunt for a safe, reliable limo service. I was nervous as I didn’t know the area to be hunting around looking for transport so I needed someone who was reliable. I picked JR Limo from the reviews that I found on TripAdvisor and I have to say all the reviews were spot on. The last 4 days we’ve used them for airport runs and back and forth from Boston Children's Hospital and each time they were early and waiting when we came out the door. Their vehicles were immaculate and we had Marco for most of our runs which was nice as we knew who we were looking for amongst the sea of faces at BCH. He was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and gave excellent service. We also had Eddie this morning for an airport run he was great also. I like the system of texts you receive letting you know the name of your driver and the car is on the way and another to say they have arrived and the license plate number so there’s no question you are getting in the correct car. They were exceptional in all areas and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Well earned 5 stars!
Diego was very friendly and drove with great care. Very comfortable trip and would, on a more personal trip, look to book again
We were very pleased with JR Limo. We used them to get from the suburbs to Logan Airport, and then again on our return trip from the airport back to home. Both times the driver was there promptly. Having used other transportation options, one of the things we really appreciated about JR Limo was that both drivers drove in a very safe manner. They were not lane swapping nor tailgating nor other unsafe behaviors. The vehicles themselves were also comfortable.
Wallef arrived on time and was very patient when we had to run back in the house to gather last minute things. Car was clean, there was fresh water available to us. He was super polite and we had good conversation. My husband and I appreciated the trip and will certainly use the service again.
Our driver, Wallef Brussolo, was excellent. He’s so friendly, professional and knows so much about Boston and the surrounding areas. We had a pleasant trip to our destination because of him. The company should definitely give him a raise. If we come to Boston again, we definitely will book for him!
Excellent service, very professional driver. Helped with equipment transport, got me on time and was very polite.
Derrick was great. He picked me up at hotel at 4am and was very pleasant. He was very easy to talk with.
Loved my experience. I am usually a control freak who hates to let anyone else drive but the driver was so responsible and careful that I didn’t worry at all. He was on time, friendly, and helpful. I will always call them for my ride to the airport.
What an outstanding service.I booked a round trip from Boston Logan airport to Brunswick in Maine last week. Both drivers were professional yet friendly and provided an excellent service. They were early to pick me up and got me to my destinations in great time. I wouldn’t use anyone else. I’m so glad I found JR Limousine
Noel was great! Played some relaxing music after a long flight and kept me informed of traffic delays.
Our Driver, Almeida was terrific. Navigated traffic smoothly and efficiently. Very informative with regard to communication on information for two "newbies" to Boston. Will definitely use your limo service again!
We were extremely pleased with JR limo service. We used their service to and from Logan during a recent trip. Dauton and Jerry were the best.....Prompt, professional, helpful, and gracious. We'll definitely use JR Limo Service again and highly recommend them.
The car turned up promptly as requested even though it was booked last minute. Driver Dalton was pleasant and professional. We had forgotten something and we needed to be driven off-airport to buy from a CVS. Even though Dalton was half way home he came back to help. Excellent!
Excellent experience all around--they made everything so easy. The car was super clean and nice, the driver was outstanding, there was great communication before and after. Perfect!
We used JR Limo Service to get to Logan on Christmas Day during covid. We could not have been more pleased. Exceptional service, spotless vehicle, professional service. Best ride in Boston!
Awesome company. Fair price. Right on time. Friendly driver. Spotlessly clean car. The water bottles were a nice touch. I will NEVER use any other car service but JR Limo again!
The car was impeccable, the driver was great -- a real gentleman. The pick up address is a little tricky and he found it, arrived several minutes early.
I set up a transfer from a private residence to Logan for my teenage daughter and the service they provided was excellent. I highly recommend them!
I needed a safe transport for my sister-in-law and niece arriving in Boston at 12:30 am. I looked for several options and the prices were exorbitant. I also needed a Service that speaks Spanish because my sister-in-law does not speak English. In short I wish I contacted JR the Service was excellent, the booking form very efficient and they did their best to provide a driver my sister-in-law could understand. Excellent Service! And the price was also the most reasonable! I highly recommend them!
