We were fortunate to have Maria guiding us through Boston. We learned so much and Maria was so knowledgeable. She also navigated driving through Boston beautifully.

See Paul Revere's House, one of the oldest wooden houses in Boston. Learn about the immigrant history of the North End as told by artwork installed in the square.
Our guide will tell you stories of the events at the beginning of the Revolution while you are seated in a historical pew in the Old North Church, one of the locations where it all started.
Visit the second-oldest cemetery in Boston. Occupied by British troops during the Revolution, you'll see bullet holes where troops used gravestones for target practice.
Visit the historic Paul Revere Mall park, home to one of the city's most iconic "postcard" locations of the statue of Paul Revere with the backdrop of the Old North Church. View the plaques surrounding the park commemorating many of the other Revolutionary figures. Learn the real story behind the famous midnight ride of Paul Revere!
View the USS Constitution and Bunker Hill Monument from the Copp's Hill Terrace across the water. Listen to the story of the battle of Bunker Hill and the Siege of Boston! Learn how George Washington and Henry Knox kicked the British out of Boston!
Free time for lunch and souvineer shopping in Boston Public Market, a artisanal farm-to-table market with 20+ local vendors. Options range from chowdah, to bagels, sandwiches, popovers, smoothies, and more! Or have a pint in America's oldest continuously operated tavern or a bite in the oldest restaurant in America!
Walk through the oldest public park in America, listening to stories of how Boston was founded.
See the Massachusetts State House, the current seat of the state government. Famous for it's gold plated dome, this historical building was built over 200 years ago and holds many interesting stories!
Walk through Boston's most prestigious and wealthiest neighborhood, learning about the history of some of Boston's richest families.
Take a walk through America's first botanical garden, learning about Boston's history through statues around the park. Hear stories about the invention of anesthesia, Boston's most corrupt yet beloved politician, and more.
Visit Kendall Square in Cambridge, known as "the most innovative square mile on the planet." A dense urban area famous for start-ups and innovation - currently the location of the Boston offices for Google, Apple, Novartis, Pfizer, and Akamai, as well as the world Headquarters for Moderna. The area is also home to projects such as CRISPR, Human Genome Project, and the creation of the guidance computers that enabled Apollo spacecraft to successfully travel to the moon.
Drive through the MIT campus and learn about the university's "theory and practice" motto, focusing on belief that the dual approach of learning and doing is the way! Hear all about (in)famous MIT pranks, some of which can be seen to this day! See the main MIT building, the Great Dome.
See Boston's most cultured square, home to many historical institutions including first buildings for MIT, Museum of Fine Arts, Northeaster, Museum of Science, and more. Today it is home to the historical Copley Library, Trinity Church, Old South Church, and John Hancock tower. No expense was spared by the city of Boston when building this square! The Copley Library contains "America's Sistine Chapel", painted over the course of 30 years by John Singer Sargent.

Our guide Jenny was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend her.
We had a great day in Boston while waiting on our flight. Weather was not great but Mark made the best of it for us!! He was very knowledgeable and ready with an umbrella anytime we needed. Great coffee at cafe Victoria to start things off. Mark recommended the cannoli and did not steer us wrong with that. Such a fun way to kill time before a later flight and could not really say enough about Mark! He really gave us a great history lesson and lots of fun facts about the city. Can’t wait to come back and do the Salem tour with him
Great experience. Bj was knowledgeable great overall time. Well worth it. Covers the entire city. The best
The tour was so fun, informative, and tailored for our group. Our tour guide, BJ, was great and made the day really nice for our group.
My husband and I took this tour with Mark on our first day in Boston. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and Mark made the trip extra special. He was very knowledgeable and personable as we expressed our curiosity through lots of questions regarding the history and evolution of Boston. This was a fantastic tour with a great guy!! We got a good idea of the layout of the city for the rest of the week. Highly recommend!
Expect to be treated to an exceptional experience. If we could give it more than five stars, we would. Our tour guide impressed us with her enthusiasm and knowledge. It was a wonderful way to learn about the city of Boston
We spent the day with Alexandria and she was Wonderful!! She was on time and filled our day with so many fun experiences. Alexandria is a walking encyclopedia of Boston facts and fun stories, too! She maneuvered the Boston traffic so professionally. We had delicious cappuccino and cannoli at an Italian restaurant in the morning and a fun seafood lunch in the afternoon. Alexandria adapted the route so we could drive by a couple of nearby sights. She was excellent in every way. A perfect 10!
Mark was absolutely excellent!! Highly recommend this experience in Boston. Very informative. Guide was patient and experienced in Boston history and of the entire city
Our tour was excellent. Mark is a great, knowledgeable and professional guide. The city is amazing with its history, beauty, architecture.
It was a private tour and Marybeth was excellent and met on all our requests above and beyond. We went passed Harvard university and MIT…heard many stories about the campus and the Great Dom Hack about Harvard’s plank. We drove by Italian town and Chinatown. Ate at the famous Cheers and was delicious. We had a non walking tour as requested…mainly drove around town.
We had an amazing tour with Jenny. Great communication from pick-up to providing information after the tour. Extremely knowledgeable and we learned so much about Boston. She went out of her way to make sure everyone had a great experience! We would highly recommend this tour.
Alexandria was an INCREDIBLE tour guide! We loved every minute! She is so knowledgeable and fun, it made the whole trip!
We rode in a comfortable car and we walked through a neighborhood. The tour included a snack (complementary) and time for lunch on our own. Because it was rainy, we chose to ride after our lunch instead of more walking. The good thing is that we could choose. We got lots of history.
We had a great time with Alexandria! She picked us up on time, helped load our luggage, customized our tour so that we got to see what we wanted with a combo of walking and riding that was just right! We appreciated the comped coffee and the punctuality! Would definitely do this again instead of waiting for hours at the airport or the train station
Our tour guide, Alexandria, was so warm and friendly. We saw lots of different places in Boston - felt like a local by the end!
Alex did a wonderful job of showing us the sights in Boston! Very knowledgeable about the city and its history! I would highly recommend this tour and Alex as your guide!
An absolutely wonderful tour! We got to see the historic sites, but some of the more modern, and pop culture (Cheers!) ones as well. Our guide was personable and had a gift for story telling. She was also patient with my husband and all his side musings and random facts.
We wanted a general tour of Boston without alot of walking as we are older with aches and pains! Ryan was a fantastic guide with a love of history. He was friendly and very informative. I think we learned many of Boston's "Hidden Gems" and thoroughly enjoyed the private tour ! Well worth it!
Jenny was so knowledgeable and fabulous. We had an amazing time!!! I learned so much history. I highly recommend this tour
The Boston Walking Tour was great! Ryan, a nice young man with lots of charm & very knowledge, walked us everywhere giving us the highlights of Old Boston with tons of history thrown in. The coffee & pastries at Vittoria were so good & having an hour for lunch to regroup was appreciated. Ryan found us at our cruise terminal and dropped us off at the airport. He graciously took photos, answered questions and was all in all professional and fun. Thank you Ryan for a great tour!
My company had a phenomenal, incredibly detailed tour of Boston, including the Freedom Trail and the North End. Jenny has an encyclopedic knowledge not only of events themselves, but their context and meaning. It gave me an incredible appreciation of Boston's placein the history of the country,
First part about the old north church and the walking part of the tour, was the best part. Spent to much time on stopping to eat. Thought the price of the tour too high for what we saw. Riley was wonderful and informative and a lot of fun and a very good driver.
Awesome tour. Jenny was very knowledgeable, accommodating & super friendly. Easy meetup directions & pickup from cruise yet. Highly recommend!
We had such a wonderful day with Jenny. She is a fun person and we learned so much history. She is a good driver and got all of us safely around.
Jenny was outstanding. The breadth f her knowledge and passion out did our expectations. I had fun, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun
We had such an amazing adventure. Jenny was the best story teller tying each site with each other site throughout the story of Americas birth. My husband loves history and has studied and read extensively on American history and even he was learning at each site. Jenny was very flexible and adjusted her plan seamlessly to meet our desires even when we didn’t really know for sure what we wanted.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Alex today. She was very knowledgeable and flexible in ensuring we were able to follow our personal interests as she shared the history of Boston from centuries past. Breakfast and lunch were delicious and provided us with the opportunity to enjoy local cuisine. We would highly recommend this tour as it provided us with a greater understanding of this beautiful city. You would be fortunate to have Alex as your guide.
We were able to see the historical highlights all in one day! Tour guide was flexible and adjusted to our needs.
Jenny was great. She was very knowledgeable and made each site interesting. We learned about the revolution and Boston’s history. This was one of the best private tours I have been on
We had a wonderful 4 hours with Jenn. She was very accommodating. We had a mixture of walking around historic areas and sightseeing from the very comfortable vehicle. Would thoroughly recommend
This was absolutely one of the best tour experiences I’ve ever had. Maria arrived on time and was so upbeat and friendly. She had an extensive knowledge of the city and gave such great stories about everywhere we visited. Maria even had flowers for my mom to celebrate her 73rd birthday. I would highly recommend this tour or any that Maria offers to everyone visiting Boston!
Maria was fantastic! Our tour was a lot of fun and Maria knows so many fun facts about Boston! She balances just the right amount of walking and driving. We skipped lunch and drove out to Boston University and Northeastern so my daughter who’s a Junior in High School could see the areas. If you want to get the real Boston tour this is one you don’t want to miss!!
Maria was our tour guide and she was fantastic! She was incredibly knowledgeable, fun and energetic!!
Our family loved visiting Boston! Maria was an amazing tour guide, we would highly recommend her to any other travellers - we'll definitely book her again next time we're in Boston!
Best for 2 or 3 people, seating not comfortable for 4th adult. The viewing for extra adult was very limited, would be better on a bus. Guide was lovely and very informative on history, but maybe could slow speech down a little.
Excellent tour, the guide was very explicit and clear
