These folks sure make you feel like family . You can tell they love what they do and they love there town I can truly say i met some wonderful witches I will Be back

We booked both the history tour (Tom) and the ghost tour (Sarah). We booked last minute and even though it was just our family, they accommodated us. Tom and Sarah both were very informative, entertaining and comical at times in their tours even though covering completely different subjects. You can feel the dedication and passion of these guides while on the tour. I would highly recommend booking both tours! It was a nice contrast between the two but either way you can’t go wrong. Sarah is the owner of the tour business and makes sure you are engaged and enjoying your experience. I can’t wait to visit again and hopefully book another tour with these amazing guides.

The history alone was the best part! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and her ghost stories intriguing. Loved every minute of it!

Rushed. Didn’t like the start location, was far off from the first talking point. Would have been better to start downtown in Salem.

Not good. The tour operator was unresponsive to questions and it was hard to find the meeting spot. Then the tour operator refused to take us on the historical tour described and paid for. It was not a TOUR! We walked through a parking lot to a picnic table where we sat freezing. When the actual tour was starting we were told we could not participate because we hadn’t paid?? It was very weird and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Viator did issue a full refund which I appreciate but I wouldn’t prebook this type of tour in the future. It spoiled some of the day and it definitely was a waste of time. We could have been walking around and enjoying the city on our own.

The first tour was fantastic but the second one was good. , the guide wasn't good, she didn't know how to give a tour and get hold the people instrest

Kat was fantastic- funny and knowledgeable! She had the perfect mix of ghost stories and true Salem History. She was an absolute star, she even kept our teens entertained!

The tour guide was full of energy and informative! He was passionate about the tour and made the experience pleasant!

The personality and story telling of the guides was great it made for a wonderful anniversary weekend

I took both the history and ghost tours and was very happy with both of them. The tours begin and end in a great location. Both guides were entertaining and knowledgeable and it was a fantastic experience both times.

We did the history and ghost tours. Both of our guides, Tom and Pam, were big on telling the actual history instead of the myth. Both tours were very enjoyable and informative. I know now, for my own sake, that walking around town all morning and doing an hour tour at 5 and a 1.5 hour tour at 8:30 in July was too much for my poor legs. Next time I will do sightseeing/shopping one day and touring another day. I do recommend this company, especially if you like history.

We had Kat as our tour guide and she was absolutely amazing. She kept it entertaining and fun the whole tour. 10/10 recommend taking a tour with Kat

The history tour was nice, it was five stops along a walking route with some cool information. The reason I rated 2 stars is because the ghost tour was the exact same route with the same stops, with an added quipt of "they experience ghostly activity here, let's stand back so you can take a picture". I feel like our tour guide was okay. He was stressed during the ghost tour because he had some belongings stolen between the two tours, but overall he came across as apathetic.

City is overcrowded. No adequate infrastructure. No parking or bathrooms. Tour is full of just stories and things like : “this is the location where someone claims to have seen a ghost in a building that is not even the original anymore (just the general location) . The tour guides I guess try but it’s also very easy to just add yourself to the tour without paying BTW

Tom lead the "wandering witches tour" and was very friendly and interactive with the group. He shared a lot of valuable information about the places we visited. I would recommend this tour because it's informative, easy walking, and fun. I also went on the "spooky specters tour" later on the same day. The tour guide was a pretty woman with long red hair (I can't remember her name). She was fun, but needs to study a little more about the places we visited to be more informative.

Great experience with Tom on the Wandering Witch Tour. Could have skipped Spooky Spectres tour with Carrie though. She seemed distracted and all about the “energy” instead of the history and stories.

Guides were very nice. The two tours were redundant as they went to the same places and talked about the same things. Neither guide was a talented story teller, and both regressed from history to plug local shops and restuarants. Felt like a mediocre tour with advertisements.

Thom and Devin were so amazing!! My sister and I only had a single day in Salem and wanted to make the most of it, and this did the trick. It was very personable and both your guides were extremely knowledgeable. Even in the rain they had smiles and enjoyed the experience with us! 10/10 Recommend :)

Everything listed on my tickets stated that this was a 1 hour and 45min tour that started at 6:00pm. I got to the meeting spot early like the details stated only to find out that I missed the bulk of the entire tour, and that it actually started at 5:00 despite what was listed on my ticket. Then when I requested a refund I was told that since I checked in for the end of the tour I wasn’t allowed a refund.

Sarah and Tom were phenomenal both tours were amazing, full of history and fun facts about Salem and most importantly interesting and engaging. The tours started on time and really were amazing. Do the tour! you won’t regret it and thank so much Tom and Sarah for such an amazing experience:-)

Sarah the owner of the company was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and funny. She kept the group engaged. Another guide Tom was hilarious! It was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend using this company!!!

The history and ghost tours were exactly the same route. Just different guides and one was after dark. Not worth doing both. It's better to just do one.

Our tour guide was Kim. She was fantastic. Very knowledgeable of the area and history of the witch trials. We enjoyed our tour with her very much. Well worth the money!! 10/21

Our tour guide was excellent - friendly, funny, and knowledgeable! The tour took us through some amazing parts of Salem, and we could apply what we learned from the history tour to the ghost tour!

We did the Steps through 1692 with Tom. Thought it would be a little boring, but Tom was a wealth of interesting fun facts about Salem’s History and residents before and during the witch trails. He was super fun and engaging. I Highly recommend this tour.

Pam was an amazing tour guide. She was super knowledgeable and friendly and you could tell that she loves her job

Our guide witch for the history tour was fantastic. Tom was his name. Informative and very enjoyable. 5 stars for him and his tour. The ghost tour, not so much. 3 Stars for that guide and tour.

The afternoon/evening tour combo was a perfect way to see and learn about Salem! We all had the best time and will plan on another adventure when we return!! Thank you guys!!

Both tour guides were very informative. I learned several new things. Tom was very amusing. On the 830 tour I felt a chill up my spine at one point.

Tours were informative yet fun. Guides were knowledgeable and interesting. Would definitely recommend them to friends visiting Salem.

I do not recommend these tours, especially in bad weather. You need to make sure that you are actually booking two different tours with the double trouble. It was pouring down rain and the tour was held anyway. There was no way to cancel. I contacted Viator who said they were sending an email to the tour guide, but I got no response. We went to the 5 pm tour. It was raining heavily. The tour guide was informative and seemed to know the history. But, she walked so fast that the people in the tour could not keep up. We felt like we were running a marathon. There were several groups in this tour. Older couples, young couples and those with children. It was miserable in the rain. When we asked about the 2nd tour we had scheduled, we were told it would be held by the same guide (more than likely) and would cover basically the same things as in the 5 pm tour, but would be longer. It was still pouring down rain. We ended up not going on the 2nd 8:30 tour and lost our money. Cancellations were not allowed and no refund would be given. On another note, I always book Viator tours when traveling to other countries and have never been disappointed. This was our first time in Salem and it was disappointing.

The first tour which was more historic information was very interesting. The tour guide was entertaining and informative! The evening tour that was labeled as a spooky tour was less than expected- due to the evening’s tour - we down graded the overall experience

Great tour! We did the double tour feature and it was perfect. It was fun, informative and the perfect length! We were able to do other activities and explore the same day as the tour which was perfect for us.

Both tours were fun and our tours guides made it interesting , On our night tour we were able to capture pictures of spirits while on our tour it was awesome.

The owner/tour guide was fantastic. She had a wealth of knowledge about Salem. Definitely recommend to do when visiting Salem

This trip was awesome! The tour guides were so friendly and really knew their history of witches and ghosts. We brought a group of 7 girls for the weekend and had a great experience! We definitely recommend this tour!

The guide was very nice for the history tour but didn’t learn much about the history ended up being and Q&A about witch which was kinda of fault for not understanding. But the nighttime ghost tour was awesome. Had a great time
