Could be the best hotel bed. Wasn't feeling well in the morning. Asked for fruit at 6:45 AM before breakfast was beings served. The kitchen did not have what I was asking for. The manager made an effort to go to the nearest grocery store to fulfill my request. That's 5 star service. Wonderful place!

The Whitney Hotel in Boston is an ideal and comfortable location-Beacon Hill. Within walking distance to the Boston Commons, the gardens, the Charles River esplanade and Back Bay. Check-in was smooth, we arrived before the official check-in time and we were not charged an early check-in fee, which was great. The beds were comfortable and turn down service included blackout curtains and caramel candy. My mom and I were in a corner room. The bathroom was large, we had separate sinks. The robes and slippers were comfortable. I liked that the room was on the second floor, so we didn't need to take an elevator. The door to the rooms on the second floor was secured. Only hotel guests with room keys could enter. The Whitney Hotel offered free water in the lobby in milk cartons, which were designed to match the hotel colors, black and white with the logo. The front desk was helpful providing a free city of Boston map for us and printing our boarding passes before we checked out.
We were in Boston for surgery and booked the Whitney Hotel based on its proximity to the medical center. The staff was so kind from the start of our check-in and throughout our stay (polite, kind and cheerful). We stayed in a suite. The room was very clean and the decor was very tasteful. Super plush! The bed was really comfortable. I’d consider buying one if they shared where they are for sale. Not exaggerating. The rooms were quiet and just perfect. Really perfect. Thank you to the staff and management for making our stay during a challenging visit perfect. A+
This place is special. My family and I had a wonderful visit. The amenities are top notch and very family friendly. We got a little travel kit for shampoo and conditioner for our toddler. They also had little snacks and soda water that you can just take. The kiddo got spoiled with treats (one night they had ice cream!) and soda water the whole time we were there. The beds were super comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and the location could not be beat. Right on the red line for the subway and a short walk to the Science Museum and parks. We loved window shopping on Beacon Hill. The butter noodles on the kids menu was my kids favorite. She would eat them without complaint and let us drink a cocktail, which were delicious too! If you are looking for a great place to stay with a family, The Whitney is perfect.
I coordinated with Kamil to book the room for the Fourth of July for my daughter's birthday. Everything went smoothly. My daughter and her friends had such a wonderful time staying at The Whitney Hotel. The service was excellent, and the location is great. The best part was that my daughter loved the birthday cake the hotel provided. I highly recommend The Whitney Hotel to my family and friends.
