My husband had 2 minor surgeries and we stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights so he could rest and relax at two different dates. I would like to mention especially a wonderful lady at the reception desk called ZENA. She was very kind and professional with every single guest checking in that day. Always smiling and listening to any requests assuring the guest that she would take care of it for them. Our room as always was very nice and very quiet, so my husband was able to rest and relax. Even though the hotel looked at full capacity from all the people walking through the lobby, you would never know by how quiet and peaceful the room was. This was a wonderful experience at a very delicate and stressful time in our lives and we are so grateful. FIVE STARS FOR SURE!!!

We recently hosted our daughter's birthday celebration with over 100 guests at The Verve Hotel in Natick, and we truly cannot thank their incredible team enough. From the flawless coordination to the stunning venue itself, everything was absolutely perfect. If you are looking to host an event, we cannot recommend them highly enough! What truly sets The Verve apart is their exceptional staff. We experienced a seamless transition when our first event manager, Mackenzie Roberts, left the hotel about a month before our party. Mackenzie was wonderful to work with —she patiently answered our endless questions and worked closely with us to design a beautiful party that fit our budget. When she departed, she was incredibly proactive, ensuring a smooth handoff so nothing fell through the cracks. Michele Liftman stepped in as our new event manager less than a month before the big day and didn't miss a beat. She also answered our endless questions and seamlessly implemented last-minute changes without any hesitation, making the final stretch entirely stress-free. With guests traveling from 12 different states, Cameron McCarthy was an absolute lifesaver. He expertly managed our room block and ensured all of our out-of-town guests had a wonderful stay. Beyond that, Cameron went completely above and beyond by storing our party favors, a photo collage, dresses, and countless other items in the front office the day before the event. This saved us from unloading multiple carloads on the day of the party when time was most precious—a gesture we appreciated immensely! The warm hospitality started the moment we walked through the door; Ellen and Eric at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful, keeping the festive energy alive all weekend with their warm smiles. The night of the party was pure magic, thanks to Robin Scott, our banquet manager, and her phenomenal team. The room was set up to our exact specifications, and they were right there to help with any last-minute, unforeseen needs. Gene the bartender, alongside Marcelo and Sabrina the servers, took phenomenal care of everyone. They kept the evening running smoothly and made my husband, myself, and all of our guests feel so genuinely welcome. The venue itself was spectacular. The beautiful chandelier, the patio, and the overall layout of the space were perfect for our event. Our guests absolutely loved the hotel's unique tapestry theme and decor, and everyone raved about what a fantastic time they had. Most importantly, our daughter Kayla said she had a perfect celebration. Thank you to the entire team at The Verve Hotel for making her day so incredibly special!

Had a great stay, and wanted to give a special shoutout to Noelle! She was extremely helpful throughout my visit and made everything easy from start to finish. She also had some great jokes and brought a fun and positive energy every time we interacted. It’s always nice when someone can be professional while still making guests feel welcome!
