This hotel and collection has won me back from the air bnb business. The hotel was absolutely perfect from the friendly attentive staff, to the amenities, amazing harbor/city views, and cleanliness of the hotel. HIGHLY recommend to anyone staying in the Boston area. This was the cherry on top of a great weekend, couldn’t have booked a better hotel.

Well appointed and maintained hotel in a convenient location. Staff in the hotel and restaurants were all friendly, helpful, and provided great service. Beautiful views from our room. The only downside is people seem to drag race across the bridge all night (beyond the hotels control) so that can be quite noisy... But nothing some white noise didn't take care of. I loved the decor and theme throughout the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
This property is top notch. Great location. Rooftop bar excellent - thank you Tyler. Went to Para Maria for breakfast and dinner, food and Service was excellent, thanks Louisa. We had the junior suite and it was spacious and well appointed. Front desk staff service was fantastic. Shout out to Erin who made us feel like rock stars.
We are in Boston attending an awards ceremony hosted by the Boston Marine Society and chose The Envoy Hotel, Autograph Collection for our stay. Located at 70 Sleeper Street in the Seaport District, this hotel offers beautiful views of Boston Harbor and the downtown skyline. The staff here has been exceptional. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very accommodating, especially when helping us with an early check-in after a long day of traveling. That level of hospitality immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable with a stylish nautical-inspired design that fits perfectly with Boston’s waterfront atmosphere. The large windows and harbor views were especially impressive. The location is another major advantage. You are within walking distance of Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, and many other historic sites throughout the city. While the hotel does not have a pool, they do offer a very well-equipped fitness center which more than makes up for it. We are staying through the weekend and looking forward to our guided tour of Fenway Park. If your travels bring you to Boston, I highly recommend The Envoy Hotel for its outstanding location, beautiful accommodations, and exceptional service.
My main complaint is that I am getting the run-around from the hotel and Marriott via phone over using a Free Night Award (that expires soon), instead of only points from a recent stay from my Marriott card. Marriott states to reach out to the hotel, which I have, and there is a case open with detailed instructions as to how the transaction can be rectified. However, the hotel staff are unhelpful in resolving the issue as they only reference the hotel being owned by a third-party. I've requested a call back from a manager and have not received one. It's very disappointing as a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member. My husband and I intended to use the Free Night Award to spend our first night alone without our 9-month old baby; we hadn't traveled for over a year; instead, only my own points were used. During the stay, the hotel staff were helpful and quick with bringing in our bags and bringing ice/additional towels to the room. The bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable. The location appears to be attractive since it's near the harbor in the Seaport District, but the rooms are incredibly loud at nighttime from loud cars flying down Seaport Blvd. It was difficult to sleep. The room description states there is a mini-bar in the room, but there is not one. Luckily, we brought a cooler, and we could request ice.
