I truly enjoyed my stay at The Colonnade Boston. The staff was outstanding, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was excellent, and the hotel was clean and welcoming throughout my visit.
One thing that really stood out was the water pressure in the shower, which was fantastic. The only area for improvement would be the bed, which I found a bit uncomfortable for my personal preference. That said, the exceptional service and overall experience more than made up for it.
I would gladly stay here again and would recommend The Colonnade to anyone visiting Boston.
Excellent hotel for the price. Location is ideal for quick transit and for shopping/dining. The room is well decorated and maintained. Beds are comfortable. Room size is as expected in an urban area. Very loud AC but it works well. Customer service was always lovely and gracious which pushed this to the 5 for me.
Surprised and delighted by this downtown hotel. Price was super reasonable. Rooms are comfortable loved both the mattress, my pillow and the sheets. And the rooftop pool is for real. It was a lovely place to hang out when it got hot.
But really matters it’s a big shout out to the staff, especially the doormen. Thanks Behar for helping get us in and out smoothly.
And the parking was cool and flexible with bike parking. No issues with two bikes in one spot. #motorcycle
This is a great hotel located perfectly in Back Bay. We enjoyed 4 nights accommation. The rooms are modern & spacious, the beds are super comfy and the all important tea/coffee making machine makes a decent brew. There is an attractive rooftop pool area with bar which is a nice bonus for those warm & sunny days.
The green line subway is situated just a few metres from the front door while the orange line is maybe a 10 mins walk.
Overall, this hotel ticked all our boxes and we would certainly stay here again if in Boston.
I’d like to give a special shout-out to Juan, who checked us in and was also working when we departed. Personable, friendly, and highly professional, he made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Juan thoughtfully set us up in a room that was absolutely perfect for our stay.
We were in Boston’s Back Bay for our son’s graduation weekend, so having a top-floor room with a beautiful view of the city felt like the perfect send-off and exactly what we needed to make the occasion even more memorable.
We love the Colonnade Hotel, and this stay once again reinforced why it continues to be one of our favourite places to stay in Boston.
