I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Boston Hotel. The entire property felt clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed and plenty of room for luggage. The bathroom was equally impressive—bright, modern, and exceptionally clean. I especially appreciated how tidy everything was throughout the room; it made the stay feel effortless and relaxing. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. It’s very convenient for getting around Boston, whether you’re visiting for sightseeing, shopping, dining, or simply exploring the city on foot. What stood out most was the overall consistency of the experience. From the guest room to the common areas, everything felt organized and well cared for. After a long day out in Boston, coming back to such a comfortable and peaceful room was exactly what I needed. A very pleasant stay from beginning to end, and definitely a hotel I would be happy to return to on my next visit to Boston. Highly recommended!

I am deeply grateful to two wonderful members of the hotel staff in the lounge. An elder gentleman in the lounge found my gold bracelet (which was of great sentimental value) and promptly turned it in to the front desk, while a Chinese-speaking female staff member kindly helped me locate it. Their honesty and kindness truly touched me and left an excellent impression of the entire hotel team. The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and welcoming. If I return to Boston, I will definitely stay here again.
We picked this hotel because of the great reviews and location. It’s a big hotel, and we honestly loved everything about our stay. Our receptionist was such an amazing and fun woman who gave us a very warm welcome. Thankfully, we’re Marriott members, so we didn’t have to pay for WiFi. Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The cleaning staff were also super polite and friendly. We loved everything about this hotel. We didn’t use the pool, but we saw it and it looked beautiful, and of course, it was busy lol. If we ever come back to Boston, this is definitely where we would stay again!
The location is excellent, with convenient access to a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The rooms were clean but very small. Much smaller than other Marriott hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator, unfortunately, there is no microwave available. When I inquired about heating up leftovers, I was informed that there was no microwave available anywhere in the hotel and that I would need to pay an additional $25 to have one delivered to my room. I found this particularly disappointing, as this seems like a basic amenity that should either be available to guests or provided at no additional charge. Sheraton needs to do better.
We stayed here for a week around July 4th 2026 - it’s an excellent updated hotel in prime Back Bay. The hotel is in an older building but has been recently renovated. The refreshed interiors are genuinely upscale with comfy beds, sofas, and chairs along with plush bedding, TVs with screencast, and well appointed lighting. My only hard product suggestion is I wish the showers were slightly wider. For amenities, there’s an M-club / lounge for Platinum+ members off the lobby. The offerings were basics (fresh hot breakfast items and hors d’oeuvres in the evening). I did wish there was more variety in the food offerings as it repeated day after day. There’s a saltwater pool with a retractable roof and an exercise center. Service was excellent. The front desk (Matthew, Amy, Desiree, Daylin, Dherese, Dadiana, etc.) made every effort to make our stay comfortable including an upgrade to a coveted double bed suite that really made us feel valued. We were treated warmly in the morning and proactively offered late checkout to getting asked if everything was OK. Everyone from housekeeping to lounge attendants, were warm and welcoming. I wish every stay at a Sheraton / Marriott were as amazing as my experience here. The Back Bay location is fantastic. It’s quiet at night but still within walking distance to major Boston attractions like the Charles River Esplanade, shopping on Newbury Street, Boston Commons, and the Isabella Gardner museum.
