Great location. Only downfall and this is not on this hotel is public transportation. There isn't any. Ubers are abundant and quick to get one. Hotel is very nice The staff are great. The restaurant was impeccable-we did only have a few beers and late night pub fare, but the service was astounding. We would go back. Stayed 2 nights recently

Has it's pros and cons. Pros: -Location is perfect for walks around the harbor or to grab a quick bite to eat. - View from room was amazing, both water or city side. - Pool and gym were nice and had a little of everything. - Starbucks is located in the lobby and service was very fast! - Friendly staff. Okay: - Has a restaurant inside the hotel. Okay food. - Has valet parking. Cons: - Valet lost our keys a couple of times during our one week trip. We utilize their schedule valet pickup and our car was still late. - Hotel breakfast is not free. We booked thinking a $300 hotel would have some type of continental breakfast but sadly no. Restaurant also had odd hours. - Room looked good but every comforter that was used to make my bed had some type of stain on it. - Shower pressure was up and down. Some of my colleagues mentioned their showers were sputtering water. - Towels were rough and definitely felt old. - Room doors are heavy. Whether it's your door closing or your neighbors, you will hear the slam. Final thoughts: Great location but not worth $300 a night. We expected a premium, luxury stay, but what we actually got was substandard and disappointing.
Stayed here during the World Cup. The front desk check-in experience was disappointing we were met with a cold, dismissive attitude and a level of condescension that felt completely unwarranted. There was minimal effort to make us feel welcome, especially given the demand and excitement around the World Cup taking place nearby. We chose this hotel for its location and standing, but the front desk service did not match the over $600 we paid per night. Management should review their guest service training location and reputation aside, the welcome was simply not acceptable.
Beautiful hotel with a perfect location. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We had access to the VIP lounge, where a fairly basic buffet breakfast was served each morning. The service was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. If you order room service, I would recommend avoiding the pizza, as it was quite disappointing. I would definitely recommend it if you are visiting Boston, as it is very easy to explore the city on foot from this location.
Was here for a work event, the staff was great at clearing out the table. Rooms were clean and spacious, I had a great view of the park and waterfront. Check in was easy and staff was nice. Shout out to David at front desk who saw me struggling with my luggage and floral arrangements and helped me carry them to my car.
