Visited from Maine for a weekend stay and was surprised by how much we enjoyed it. Pros: the location was a huge one for us. We loved the Seaport area; so much to see and do nearby, we walked to dinner every night and didn't touch the car once. Perfect walkability and incredible restaurants all around. We also loved the rooftop pool, which was heated (a big plus in September), the jacuzzi, and the poolside service. The pool drinks were phenomenal and the prices weren't too bad given the location and the fact that it's a hotel bar. The gym was also great, Peloton bikes and everything you'd need. The bed was comfortable, and a huge plus was their on-site restaurant, Kestra. My experience with hotel restaurants is usually disappointing, but Kestra was so good we went back twice. My husband is still talking about the hash. Cons: the rooms are really small, especially for what you pay. Our "upgrade" was just a higher floor; the room itself was still tiny. Parking is incredibly expensive; we ended up using SpotHero and paid less for their own garage than booking directly through the hotel. And because of how many conferences happen in and around the area, the lobby was always packed with people not staying at the hotel, which gave it a bit of a chaotic, transient feeling. All that said, we'd stay here again. It was our first time at an Omni and we liked it a lot.

The room itself was lovely. Spacious, clean , and modern. The gym was also pretty well equipped. That's where the high-end experience finished. There are clearly more rooms and guests than the hotel facilities and staff can manage. You have to book ahead to get a chair at the pool and the pool itself can barely contain the number of families and their children. There was a 45 min wait to be seated for breakfast at the lobby restaurant and a 20 min wait at the 5th floor buffet restaurant. However, when seated, almost half the tables were empty, just not enough wait staff and kitchen staff to manage; so the automatic service charge added to the bill was a little off-color. The actual people working at Omni were lovely but they need about twice as many in the kitchens and wait staff and half as many handing out towels to the pool that can't accommodate the clients.
We had a wonderful stay at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport and would definitely stay here again! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special thank you to Alexis, the manager, who went above and beyond to resolve a few issues we experienced and even followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was going well. That level of customer service really stood out. We also loved spending time at the Crescendo Bar. Mehdi, our bartender, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made excellent drinks. Overall, a great experience with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend!
Located at the Seaport, the OMNI is a wonderful hotel. Very modern, the spacious reception area has an open plan bar to one side, with plenty of space to lounge around if you are waiting for colleagues or fellow travellers. There's a coffee shop tucked away near the escalators leading the the conference spaces. I stayed in one of the studio loft rooms - quiet comfortable and very well designed. Fabulous view across the city too! For snack food, forgotten items (charging cables, toiletries etc) and last minute gifts, there's a handy self service mini store on the ground floor. Tap your credit card to enter, and simply take the items you want to purchase. No checkout and all charged to your card. So very handy! Breakfast was great too - no buffet but waiting staff on hand to take your order from a very tasty menu! Relatively close to the airport (20 minutes) a stroll to the harbourside (the seaport) and a short hop from downtown. I really enjoyed my stay - I cannot fault it! Looking forward to a return trip later in the year.
Spent two nights here on a short trip. The valet and bellman were very helpful and kind, and pretty much the only positive aspect of my stay! Front desk: Some of the staff were nice, some were rude and a poor reflection on the Omni brand! Rooms: Awful! The AC didn't work well and took forever to cool the room. I couldn't really sleep well. There were no trash liners in the bin and I found hair in the trash can when I checked in - not what I'd expect from a room that has been thoroughly cleaned. The water pressure in the shower was good. The sound insulation was terrible, I could hear everything in the hallways. Breakfast: The waiter was great. However, the food was mediocre. Elevators: Pretty quick with very little wait time. At this price point you have better options in the area...
