Everything was fantastic. From the welcoming environment and luxurious amenities, to the exceptional care that the staff demonstrated during my stay. The small details, such as bringing a cup of coffee after my wake up call, to the excellent service when delivering breakfast or tea. The spa experience was beyond fabulous and can't wait to repeat it.

Our stay was truly remarkable. When we checked in, the front desk said "we have great news, we were able to upgrade you". Opening the doors to our room was like something out of a movie! We did NOT expect to be put in such a beautiful room. Honestly, I can't stop thinking about how amazing the stay was. We felt like royalty! We originally booked for the spa and that did not disappoint. The entire treatment was fantastic. From the ammenties at the beginning, to the actual massages, everything was perfect. The entire staff at the hotel was so friendly, including the employees at the spa, front desk, room service, and the ones working the doors and valet outside. We are already planning our next stay.

We recently held our annual conference at this property. It was fantastic! The property is beautiful. It is located in a great area in the BackBay section of Boston, surrounded by many shops, restaurants and sites. The staff at this hotel provided the best customer experience for our group. Everyone was very professional, prompt, courteous and willing to go above and beyond to assist you. The guest rooms were a very nice size as well and very comfortable. The food that was prepared for our events was outstanding. I worked with Heather Schell, Erika Valencia, Fatima Contreras and Walter Gallwas in planning my event and executing it onsite. They were fantastic to work with. I would definitely recommend this property for a personal stay or professional event!
