Amazing hotel. Very hospitability people who work hard to make it a nice place. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Great location. We forgot something improtant in the hotel. The staff helped find it and return it to us after we had left. We would definitely stay here again. We visited Harvard and MIT and was right on the T - very convenient with coffee shops nearby as well. Safe.

This boutique hotel in Brookline is fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. It is right by the Coolidge Corner pickup point for the train/subway and is near a bunch of awesome restaurants. The only critique which really wasn't an issue was that the elevators seemed like they needed a little maintenance. The doors slammed a little bit and made odd noises almost like some parts needed to be greased. Other than that everything was wonderful. The staff were fantastic and the room was great too. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ bonus points for the rainshower in the bathroom.
This is a spacious and gorgeous hotel in a very cute neighborhood right near the T-line. First, the staff is very nice — I was upgraded and welcomed warmly. The room was huge and well-appointed, with robes, slippers, bottled water, and great toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. I'm hesitant to write what could be improved because the staff were so nice, but I'll try to be helpful. For a luxury hotel, a few small details were missing that would make the experience truly complete: tea wasn't provided in the room, only coffee (though they did send up Nespresso pods when I requested them), and the glasses were plastic rather than real glassware. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work, and despite having a kitchenette, there were no utensils provided. My other note is about the gym: it's small but has very nice equipment (an elliptical, a spin bike, a treadmill, and a good collection of weights). It's tucked away in the basement near the boilers with no signage to help you find it, and it was very warm in there until I requested they turn on the air conditioner. It also didn't have any water, towels, or wipes — so the equipment had sweat on it, and I had to call down for towels, which they did bring up promptly. These are all small details, but they're exactly the kind of touches that would elevate this from a great hotel to a true luxury experience. I do think the hotel has great potential, and the staff were A+ — responsive and friendly every time I needed something. That said, I would absolutely stay again as the staff were so accommodating (I'll just bring wipes and my own water an towels to the gym).
Great stay with caring and helpful staff. We were stranded after an airline issue and wound up coming in very late along with a lot of other passengers. The staff were professional, kind, and got everyone taken care of. The room was very clean along with the rest of the hotel. Location was good for us but I couldn't give it a 5 since this was just a quick stay. I would absolutely stay again!
Such a great experience. The hotel is beautiful, super clean, rooms are gorgeous and the friendliest staff. I had sent an email saying I would be in town for my son's 21st birthday and attending the game. Not only did we show up to the sweetest surprise in the room but also different ways to get to the game via public transportation. It made getting to and from the game so easy. Thank you, Alexis! You all really made our trip very memorable.
