Cannot fault the hotel or staff in any way! Staff very quick in helping with luggage on arrival, quick check in, friendly chap taking our luggage to tbe room with lots of advice and tips for around the city. Wonderful corner room 1133, with amazing city views! Staff helpful throughout the stay and chamber staff left the room impeccable each morning. If we are ever back in Boston we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the hotel!! Thank you for making our first visit to Boston perfect!
My stay at the InterContinental Boston was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Every member of the staff I interacted with was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. The service really stood out and made the entire stay feel special.
A special shoutout to James from the Concierge team. He took great care of me throughout my stay and gave me some excellent recommendations that I ended up following. His knowledge of Boston, attention to detail, and willingness to make sure I was having a great experience really made a difference. The concierge team as a whole was exceptional, but James definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the overall level of service is exactly what I look for in a luxury hotel. I’ve stayed at several five-star hotels in Boston, and after this experience, I honestly feel like the InterContinental Boston has a very strong case for being the best hotel in the city.

We just had an excellent vacation in Boston, and staying at the Intercontinental enhanced our overall experience. This 5-Star hotel is exceptional in all aspects . . . from the initial email and phone communications, the flawless checkin, the day to day thoughtful and personable hospitality, and sincere best wishes at checkout. The rooms, common areas, and restaurant provided a sense of calm in modern creative settings. The dining experience was excellent. Quality ingredients, tasty and perfectly cooked and presented food; all with a wonderful view. We had an amazing, wonderful experience at the InterContinental Boston! The room was extremely spacious and impeccable and the beds very comfortable. The hotel has all the amenities and comfort you need whether you are here for business or leisure. The view of the harbor is spectacular. But what really stands out is the service. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge, bellman, and restaurant treat you like royalty. The location is fantastic and within walking distance to most nearby restaurants and attractions. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, it was excellent and I’ll be staying here each time I visit Boston.
I stayed in this hotel many many times over the years. They did lots of renenovstions recently, especially to the lobby, bars and restaurants. Some rooms still require updates, but its work in progress. Best location ever! Sits between the older side of Boston and the vibrant Seaport, all walking distance (15-30min). During summer, I love the outdoor sittings to have a cocktail and couch chairs to relax along the water.
