I can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff is absolutely amazing. Edison, Tati, all the valet crew, everybody we interacted with at the hotel. Every one of them were welcoming, helpful, and made us feel like we were at home. The hotel was clean, had nice rooms, and an amazing location for all things downtown Boston. A short walk to all the town has to offer. We wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else in Boston after our two Stays with the people at Hotel Indigo!
Hotel Indigo is awesome! Sarah and the staff were super friendly, and they even had a nice treat for my bride and me because we were on our honeymoon. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is amazing, especially if you are going to TD Garden. Maybe their location is too good because it loses one star I really wanted to give them due to thin windows that let a lot of street noise in. I was convinced a window was actually open. Even so, I hope to get a chance to stay here again.
Fantastic location within walking distance of lots of interesting areas of Boston. The hotel employees were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We also really enjoyed the restaurant and bar. Definitely I would stay again! I did find booking directly can be much less expensive but depends on their demand. Next time we will call directly first.
Excellent hotel. Beds very comfortable. We had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, 2 bottles of complementary water. Plenty of room for suitcases, roomy closet. Edison @ the front desk was AMAZING-excellent customer service. Maria in the restaurant is so kind. Food is fabulous. We had a case of water & snacks delivered from Target. We made great memories. We received several texts checking in on us throughout our stay. The front desk staff got to know us & knew where we were going each day & asked us how our event/day was upon our return. We'll be back & we'll stay at Hotel Indigo!
Came here for a solo trip to Boston for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! This is a nice hotel with spacious rooms. The beds are firm with comfortable pillows and come with a white noise machine and black out curtains. It's conveniently located by North station, nearby restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy. They provided me with a corner room with an excellent view of Causeway street and North Station. The attached restaurant, Jake's, has a good menu with delious food (ordered the breakfast sandwich w/ bacon on my final day) and a good atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The only real downside of my stay here was that it was difficult to get the temperature down below 70 when I arrived but it eventually went down overnight to the set temperature. My guess is this was likely due to being a corner room and the system needing to work harder with sunlight hitting both walls, room would not go below 66/67). Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone else visiting Boston!
