We just came in yesterday and so far we are not impressed. It is not a hotel. It is rather a very small studio type apartment inside of an apartment building. The company that manages the apartment building is not the same as the ones that manage the rental apartments that are seen here. The location is good. Directly across the street is the Harbor ferry that takes you to different parts of Boston Harbor to see the more popular sites in boston. There are a lot of small Dives where you can get yourself a meal which are very nice. We arrived at 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday there are very few instructions for entering and checking in. I came in the front which you could not have gotten into unless there's actually someone seated at the concierge desk that sees you. That being said, that desk is not managed 24/7 and there's typically only one person working from what I can see. Also keep in mind that you cannot come in after midnight because there's no one to let you in. Ethan, who was there when we started, was very helpful, but only had limited things he could do because of the fact that the rooms are managed by an off-site company. We had rented two places for the week. He only gave me one packet which contained one parking pass. The garage door was stuck open so we both came in to park. When I noticed there was only one parking spot and it was assigned I had to come upstairs and ask for the other one which he did not have. When I went out the next day, the garage door had been fixed and was closed when we returned and I what's never told that that parking pass had to be in your windshield to be scanned so that you could get into the garage. I had to come in to the other person's room and get their car key, go down to their car and get their parking pass, come upstairs and go back out front to get my car, and put it in my car so I can come in. Keep in mind the elevator near our room is not working either. I was told we might get the parking pass by 2:30 or 3:00 today if the company who manages the apartment sends it over. On to the room. It looks nothing like the rooms that were pictured. I don't even know if those rooms are in this building. The kitchen area is nicely done and kept very clean. There's a two-seater table up against the window approximately 18 inches from the stove. It is a very small space and does not look spacious like in the pictures online. There is a sleeper sofa Karma glass coffee table, and television behind the sofa there is a wall and on the other side of that there is a small room, with the doors, where there is a queen size bed and a closet. You cannot get into the closet as it is so close to the bed. The bathroom is spacious summer but filthy. I had to go to the store to purchase some cleaners to clean the tub before I could bathe the baby. Good luck getting the plug to stay in the tub as the top came off of that as well. The View out my window is construction and the back of other people's houses so please keep the blinds down if you stay in your room so that others aren't looking directly into yours. Everyone managing the concierge desk seems to be very kind and they try to be as helpful as they can. But really there's not a whole lot they can do to help you.

Had a reservation. Dropped our bags off before our check in and we proceeded to explore the city. Received a call 30 minutes after dropping the bags that they are canceling our reservation. We were stranded and they did absolutely nothing to help us find another place. Apparently the room we were staying in was destroyed and we were told it would be a 10 day process to do the maintenance on the room. Absolutely unbelievable experience. Do not go here
Awful! Hard to find, no signs. They stated they sent an email with check-in instructions which was never received. No parking available. No one here to tell us where to park. Place is dirty., door lock broken. Not a one bedroom, as stated it's a studio .Pull out bed is broken. Called customer service and they were of no help and rude. Feels like I was robbed of $250 .
Absolutely unacceptable experience! We paid over $900 for two nights, and no one ever contacted us about check-in — no email, no call, nothing. When we tried to reach the property, it was impossible to get through. Their so-called “office” is always closed, and no one answers the phone. We drove more than 7 hours from Pennsylvania, arrived exhausted around midnight, and found the building completely locked — no staff, no way to get in, no help whatsoever. We were left stranded in the middle of the night, forced to book another hotel for $500 a night just to have a place to sleep. Now they refuse to issue a refund, even though we never received the service we paid for. This is pure fraud and total disrespect for customers. After checking Google reviews, I realized we’re not the only victims — many people have gone through the same nightmare. This place should be investigated and shut down. Do NOT book here unless you want to lose your money and your sanity.
Our stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The apartment had broken chairs, a deformed sofa, and worst of all, my son had to sleep on the floor due to insufficient bedding. Despite repeatedly contacting the agency about these issues, they consistently dodged responsibility and refused any compensation or discount, showing a clear profit-driven attitude. There were only two chair and they were broken. We couldn’t have a normal meal, we had to sit on the floor or on our bed. The only positives were the stunning view of Boston from the residence entrance and a nice, modern fitness center. However, the swimming pool water was uncomfortably cold. Overall, the agency’s indifference and lack of accountability made this a frustrating experience. I expected much better for the price.
