I was charged $619 to stay one night at this hotel. Upon arriving at our room we found out that our key didn't work because they hadn't programmed the door locks yet becasue they "just finished renovating the room". No big deal, we get into the room. Then the TV was working so the manager came in for a few minutes to get that working. We had a room with a pullout couch for the kids. We tried to make the bed for the kids and the pullout couch mattress was still in the plastic shipping protection and had to be ripped off by the maintenance guy. There were no pillows or blankets for the pullout couch and housekeeping had to come bring them. The shower had muddy footprints from construction boots all over the shower floor. The entire bathroom floor was covered with construction dust. We cleaned the bathroom so that our kids could shower. After returning to the room from our event we discovered that the entire HVAC system to the room was not powered and there was no heat/AC/fan. We slept uncomfortably. All of these conditions were reported and are on video. The hotel thinks that offering $100 back is sufficient for this type of hospitality.

Very friendly staff and super clean (recently renovated?) hotel! Our room had a very faint hint of cigarette smoke when we ran the A/C at night. Other than that, it was fabulous! Tip: make sure you don't end up in a room adjacent to the pool though. Our 2nd floor window looked out directly to the pool area, which was filled with screaming children just before 7AM on a Sunday morning. Unless you're into that...
Room was nice. However Sofa was like sitting on a rock. Beds were really comfortable. However there is no window that looks outside. It literally looked out to the pool. You had to turn on every light to make it bright in there since there is no sunlight. Got woke up at 8am the one day with crying kids getting swimming lessons. The room smelled so bad. The whole hotel had a bad smell but not as bad as the room..You have to turn the ac on high to try and circulate the air and keep the smell away some. It was a strong chlorine smell mixed with paint. Idk how else to describe it. I would definitely not rent that room out. There is no view and it smells.
I have had two previous positive experiences at this hotel staying for work, but this last stay was not enjoyable. I was booked in a shared room that is seperate only by a door. You can hear every single sound from the room next door. As some other reviews state, the walls are paper thin and it is near impossible to sleep with people chatting and listening to TV next door. I understand booking groups traveling together like this, but pairing someone staying for business with a unrelated group makes zero sense.
I had a wonderful stay here! The rooms were beautifully maintained, comfortable, and made for a very relaxing experience. The overall atmosphere was especially cozy and welcoming. I truly have no complaints—everything exceeded expectations. And the cookies were absolutely delicious, such a perfect touch to top off the stay!
