I had an awesome stay here and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was friendly and the overall experience was great.
What really stood out, though, was Tina’s customer service. After my stay, I needed a receipt for my work expense report and had called several times because I wasn’t receiving it. It was becoming frustrating, but Tina took the time to help me, made sure it was sent correctly, and I finally received it.
Tina, thank you for actually following through and making sure I was taken care of. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference. I would definitely stay here again!
is an excellent option for travelers who prioritize an amazing location, absolute cleanliness, and efficient, modern design. The rooms use space incredibly well, and the views from the upper floors are breathtaking. What really stood out was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff throughout our entire stay. Great fitness center and a lovely downstairs bar area. Will definitely stay here again!
Hotel is a little outdated which is fine but what isn’t fine is the walls are super thin. I could hear my neighbors TV and conversations the whole night. Absolutely not something you expect from a hotel that is over 200.00 a night. But I will say management was extremely helpful and cool so I will not completely go scorched earth. But the walls are very thin.
Very nice, clean hotel with a restaurant on site. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Food is definitely better than what is usually available these days at hotel "restaurants". Has a nice variety including steak tips and clam chowder which were both very good. Easy parking and pretty cheap at only $30.
The room was very spacious and comfortable and very bright + modern!! however it was pretty noisy at times - I could hear my neighbors quite a bit (literally listened to an entire conversation in the hallway.)
The hotel is also right next to the train tracks and that was also loud.
If you bring a white noise machine and earplugs like I did, you can block most of it out - but if you don’t.. you may have trouble sleeping.
I ordered room service for dinner and it came very quickly (within 15 mins). I got the fried chicken sandwich with fries and it was VERY good.
There is no body wash included for amenities so keep that in mind and pack your own. (Shampoo and conditioner was though.)
Airport shuttle convenient and right on time. However if you’re gonna pay for parking it is $30/overnight.
