The first thing you'll notice is the perfect location that's dead center for any tourist, you're less than a 5 minute walk from quincy market and 10 from the aquarium.
The lobby is very nice, the signature Canopy scent is amazing throughout the hotel, rooms are clean and up to date, and the lobby staff are extremely kind and classy. Walking in and out of the lobby was always a joy due to the friendly and personable front desk staff.
Will look forward to staying here again in the future.
I can’t say enough great things! Our new favorite hotel. Sibling get together for a concert and right from the start Trevon went above and beyond and was so personable! Rooms were beautiful , quiet and clean. H. Accessible room was well thought out, dinner and breakfast were great. All staff very helpful and location was perfect. Thanks for making our weekend even more memorable!
Fantastic stay and perfect location! The hotel sits right in the heart of Boston between the North End and South End, so we were able to walk everywhere without any hassle. The property is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable.
What made the stay stand out was the incredible service. By our second day, the staff recognized us and always greeted us with warm smiles and genuine welcomes. Highly recommend if you want a great location and top-notch service in Boston
Wow! Where do I start? The staff have to come first. They are amazing. TREVON, Marcela, Yanelee and Felipe (restaurant) always have a smile on their faces and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. We loved just hanging by the front desk and chatting with them. The hotel is just beautiful and we are Diamond Members and travel A LOT so believe me when I say this hotel is wonderful. They really have it all together. The restaurant is great and the staff were always attentive and ready to help. They have great large cups for your coffee which I loved. The location is fantastic. Walk right across up to all of the amazing Italian restaurants and bakeries. It’s buzzing with energy. I have to say that as amazing as everything was with our stay that the staff really made it so special for us! This hotel has really spoiled us! We don’t want to leave!
Fabulous hotel, I would deffo return! Room was beautiful, best shower ever! We took valet parking as we were driving round New England and this was our last stop before flying home. Staff were brilliant in helping with our mountain of luggage. The vibe in Rosie’s bar at night is great, we came as a couple but I would have no hesitation to stay here as a solo traveller. Great hotel.
