Boston Marriott Long Wharf

Solid and comfortable Marriott property. I stayed for business, but it's also a great spot if you are in town for a vacation. The seaport location gives you great access to plenty of tourist spots. The staff is very nice, it's a clean property with very comfortable rooms. I would stay here again.

Great hotel, amazing location. However, our stay was tampered by the bartender Kristy. She was extremely rude & ignored my simple request for a glass of water for my daughter who needed to take some medicine. I’m a firm believer that you shouldn’t have a people facing job if you don’t like people.

We were in Salem for a wedding so we decided to extend our stay for an extra day and visit Boston. Great location, very nice rooms, and very courteous and professional staff. We were able to check in early (noon) and they even upgraded us to a waterfront room. Very enjoyable stay.

We have double queen room for 4 people. It is clean, but bathroom is cramped. Our sink smells of mold and the shower drips for hours after it is turned off. We have both sheets and a towel with a tear in them. Public areas have stained furniture, stained carpets, areas that have clearly not been vacuumed in days. The public areas are dimly lit; I can’t understand why. The escalators between lobby and ground floor are under construction so there is both noise and smells of gas and drilling into metal. The cleaning staff, however, are super friendly and helpful. You cannot beat the location near the wharf, ferry landing, Little Italy and Freedom Trail. Overall, I expect better if I am paying $550+ per night including taxes/fees.
