We just spent a couple a days in this wonderful place. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent. We felt very safe and were escorted after dinner to our cabin. The staff were absolutely awesome and always greeted you with a smile. I would go back in a heart beat!!

Ok. There are many great and wonderful things about Pride Inn Mara Camp. 1) The people are amazing. The staff is lovely and so hospitable. For example, I got very sick as I arrived at the camp, while my husband was trying to get tea and toast for me they had the staff doctor come to the room. He helped me immensely. Fred, at dinner, organized a take away plate of bread and other food ok for a bad belly. So lovely. 2) The rooms are beautiful and clean. The beds are so comfy! There's an outdoor shower! 3) The grounds are immaculate. Gorgeously maintained. 4) Picnic lunches for safaris, delicious. The have high tea starting at 3 and they serve delightful little snacks. It's a very popular property and I can see why, it's practically perfect. A few picks: 1) Beginning around 6 pm the bar or somewhere on the property plays music with a VERY LOUD BASS. I can hear it clearly in my room. I called to ask if they could turn it down. They said they would and it hasn't seemed to happen. Maybe I have really great hearing? 2) This is a smoking property. If you smoke, it's great. If not, just know that cigarette smell might filter into your tent on occasion. Not all the time, but it may bother some. All that said, if loud bass music playing for 4 hours and the occasional smell of cigarettes doesn't bother you, this place is perfect!
★★★★★ PrideInn Mara Camp was a wonderful place to stay while experiencing the Maasai Mara and made the entire safari experience even more memorable. I stayed in one of the tented cabins with two full-size beds, and it offered the perfect combination of a safari atmosphere and modern comfort. The tent was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping attended to it every day, and I was impressed with how well the entire property was maintained. The location is another huge advantage. Being right on the edge of the Maasai Mara made it incredibly convenient for getting out into the reserve and maximizing time on safari rather than spending unnecessary time traveling back and forth. The food was very good, the staff was welcoming and attentive, and there was something special about returning to camp after a full day of photographing and watching wildlife on the Mara. Five stars. If you’re traveling all the way to the Maasai Mara, you want your accommodations to feel like part of the adventure rather than simply a place to sleep. PrideInn Mara Camp accomplished exactly that. Clean, comfortable, well cared for, great food, and an excellent location for experiencing one of the most extraordinary places in Africa. I would gladly stay here again.
We had a great stay. Respectful staff, great location and excellent rooms. The food is some of the best food I have ever tasted in my life. My only (minor) complaint is that certain staff members are often on the phones and whisper to each other in their language after talking to us, as if they are talking about us. Coming from Norway, this is perceived as rude. Other than that, we had a great stay. Keep up the great work.
Had an awesome stay here. The cottages were quite spacious and comfy. Had great views from the room where I sighted a number of wild animals across the other side of the river. Food and service was great and so were the staff. Thank you to the reservations team that made sure we had an amazing stay. I would go back again and again.
