We had the most amazing stay at Fairmont Mara Safari Club! Everyone welcomed us with so much warmth and genuine care, making us feel completely at home. A special thank you to Joseph, our wonderful safari guide, for being so caring, respectful, and dedicated to giving us the best experience. Rose was incredibly sweet and always made sure we felt pampered. Chef Kapil was a highlight, taking so much care with our dietary restrictions and preparing every meal with love. Peter, Valentine, Chiko, William, Steven and Brian were also incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We spent two beautiful nights and the team was amazing, been taken care of by Wallace on the arrival, and great thanks to Jeffrey and Shiko. For the safari walk Edward was with us and shared alot of beautiful stories. As for the game drivers, Domenic took great care of us and made sure we had the greatest ride experience. Asante Sana
talk about amazing!!! from the extremely kind workers, phenomenal service, and luxury scenery our stay was more than exceptional. they really care about their guests and make it known every single day. we did our safari (game drives) with Moses everyday and we were all very fond of him. he is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he loves his job. i will recommend this place to any and everyone and i will be back one day. thank you thank you thank you❤️❤️
Wonderful wonderful stay… we checked in on 23rd June and checked out on 26th. Honestly, was a little concerned about how my 5 year old will fare - but the way she was taken care of at the property was simply out of the world. Hot food at her request was highlight of the stay. And having an Indian chef incharge does help. Dominic - Our game drive guide was simply outstanding. He knows how to find cats and being a local Masai definitely helps. Peter took very good care of us, particular 5 year old daughter. Having a veg dish of choice for every meal made the stay worth it!! Hippo corner - you rock… Finally the late checkout request we had placed was taken care of. So thankyou so much for that.
