Recently stayed for 2 nights. Dirk and his wife were very welcoming and we appreciated Dirk's advice on local sightseeing. The breakfast goodies were extremely lovely. The room was very nice with outlooks into the natural bush and garden. A very serene place.

We had a getaway in Margaret River and stayed at the Bed & Breakfast. Dirk was a lovely host and extremely helpful and made our two day stay an experience to remember. I should mention his attention to every detail that made our stay easy and relaxing. We arrived quite late on Friday night as we drove through a storm from Perth. Prior to our arrival Dirk sent us a few messages with check-in instructions, so when we finally made it to the place we knew where was our room and what to expect on the morning next day. Dirk greeted us at the breakfast and showed us around this stunning property nested in the bushland. We enjoyed a generous buffet breakfast including locally made jams and home made sourdough, while watching blue eyed honeyeaters (tiny birds) flying around the garden. Dirk also happened to have bee hives on the property and I couldn’t resist to buy some honey from him, which believe me is incomparably more flavourful than anything you could ever find at grocery stores. That was real honey and it reminded me of spring in my homeland. It was s very pleasant stay and it definitely worth it. Thank you Dirk and I hope we’ll be back some time soon.
Where do I start?! This was my mumcation and I couldn't fault anything! Dirk's hospitality was amazing, a world of knowledge, super friendly and easy to approach. Even under pressure he does really well composing himself and promptly dealing with the issues (the gas ran out one morning) The other guests were so pleasant and made the stay so warm. The location was just what I needed, not to far from town and a skip to the coastline. Nestled in the bushes but enough openings in the sky to admire the Milky way clearly.
We stayed for a couple of nights, and were blown away with Dirk and Pam's hospitality. The rooms are a little older, but clearly well looked after and squeaky clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delightful (the home made bread was divine!) and we were especially delighted with the birds that came to visit, and the 'Manager of Guest Relations' Bonnie. Both Dirk and Pam went out of their way to ensure we had a good visit, and provided amazing recommendations for meals and sightseeing to make the most of our short visit.
This BnB was even better than expected! It's such a cozy building in the middle of the woods, yet not too far from town- perfect for an enchanted escape. Our room was perfect with a beautiful view of the garden and the jacuzzi being my favorite part. Breakfast included homemade bread, jams and honey from their own bees. We met the host, Dirk, who was very friendly and personable. Thank you for a lovely get-away! :)
