Set on 75 acres of native parklands, Eight Willows Retreat offers private chalet-style accommodations, only 20 minutes’ drive from Margaret River. All chalets have either a lake, forest or vineyard view. Guests can enjoy free WiFi. There are 10 2-bedroom rammed earth chalets which feature a queen bed and gas log fire place. There are 12 one-bedroom open plan studio chalets, 2 two-bedroom chalets with a king bed and 2 bathrooms and a four-bedroom house, which has been refurbished. All chalets feature a spacious design and are fully equipped with a gourmet European-styled kitchen, marble flooring, wide screen HD LCD TV with free view channels and free cable channels. There is a personal outdoor BBQ on every patio. Located in the Margaret River Wine Region, Eight Willows Retreat is located within a 30-minute drive of Margaret River, Dunsborough and Busselton. There are restaurants and cafes throughout the region and over 95 wineries to choose from.

Eight Willows Retreat is such a beautiful setting for a wedding, and one we always enjoy coming back to. Tucked amongst the Margaret River region’s natural landscape, it has a lovely sense of privacy and feels completely removed from the everyday.
From a photography perspective, the property is fantastic. The surrounding bushland, gardens and accommodation create plenty of different settings for photographs, meaning you can get a really varied collection of images without needing to leave the venue.
Absolutely phenomenal! It was so easy to get around everywhere from the location. The chalet and view was absolutely amazing. It was also equipped with everything we needed.
Thank you to the entire team who made the stay so easy, seamless and stress-free. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will be back!!
Stayed here in 2025 and it is a great, quiet and tranquil place to relax and unwind. Very nicely presented. Would be nicer if the local function room was a restaurant and the bar was manned and operated daily, but I understand that it would be costly if there are not many guests staying.
It was a great stay, amazing kitchen and utensils provided. Good rooms! The only downer was the Portuguese millipedes that was ingesting the toilet and floors outside the room, there were at least a dozen of it visible to our eyes. Would have been best if there was no infestation!
We had our wedding at Eight Willows Retreat, and it was nothing short of perfect. The rooms were absolutely spectacular — gorgeous, spacious, and beautifully presented. The entire property felt peaceful and serene, creating the most stunning backdrop for our day.
What truly set Eight Willows apart was the staff. From our very first meeting right through to the final moments of our wedding day, they went above and beyond. We felt genuinely cared for, supported, and celebrated. Every need was catered to, often before we even realised we needed something.
Our guests kept commenting on how simple, seamless, and enjoyable the whole experience was. Having everything onsite and readily available made the day stress‑free and allowed us to be fully present. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue or a more dedicated team.
