We meet at the big fountain in Alameda Park, in the centre of Marbella.
Our guided tour takes you through the charming alleyways of Marbella's Old Town, passing by many different points of interest. During the tour we will stop at three different tapas bars where you will taste different local dishes paired with a drink of choice.
We will stop by this beautiful church to have a look at its 16th-century architecture and the site of the former mosque.
We will visit the colorful 'Plaza de los Naranjos', the heart of Marbella Old Town, which is surrounded by beautiful orange trees.
An evening with a fantastic guide, charming little restaurants, and delicious tapas dishes The guide had good knowledge of Marbella's history which he told us about. Nice to know new people, we had many lovely laughs together.
The website promised no more than 9 people on any tour. Image our surprise when 13 and a new born baby turned up. Rafa is probably a good guide, the only issue was we couldn’t hear him as he was so far down the other end of the table. This was his third tour of the day and by his admission, he was tired and couldn’t recall if he had imparted salient points during his monologues. The food was interesting in the first venue with plenty to eat. The same could not be said for the second as some dishes presented at one end of the table never reached us. The third venue was just plain boring. Uninspiring food and a strange seating arrangement. Our experience was disappointing.
We had such a good time on our tour and our guide Rafa was amazing. We were the only ones on the tour so it felt like a private tour. The food and drinks were delicious and the local and historical talks Rafa talked about, tied up the experience into a nice bow. Thank you so much!

We got to the meeting place and no one was there- I called the telephone number on the ticket and they couldn’t find our reservation - they did find it on Viator but it had not shown up in their system - so there was no tour- they say they will refund our money. It was very disappointing that

Our experience on this tour was absolutely wonderful! The food was wonderful, the people that we met were wonderful and our guide was wonderful.. All of that, the time we spent together, the many local dishes and fascinating sights that we were informed about, were only possible because we fortunately had the most amazing guide. Michael was very very knowledgeable with a personality that enabled us all to follow along with a sense that the tour, while a group, was personal to each of us. So much fun. Wonderful guide Mike gave a history lesson on this short walking tour and took us to two different tapas places and a dessert place. They were all great! What’s not to love food, drinks and great discussion.

We had a wonderful tour with Luis through the narrow streets of Old Town Marbella. Each food stop provided tasty treats and wine and was long enough to savor the flavors and develop new friendships with other tour guests. We learned historical facts about the city and now have some new menu items to seek out on the rest of our trip. We were provided with a list of the menu items and sights to seek in the area at the end of the tour. Wonderful!
Our guide Michael was terrific, very knowledgeable and enjoyable to be with. And, the 2 selected restaurants for tapas were perfect, one traditional and the other more modern.

This was our first time doing a walking food tour and we loved it! It was so relaxed perfectly paced and getting to explore the town with a local was perfect. We got to try so many amazing foods and wines, and Luis was super friendly. He went above and beyond: accommodating our many dietary restrictions, giving us his cell for any questions throughout the rest of our trip, and a list of his personal recommendations. I only wish we had done this night 1 instead of one of our last nights!

Mike the guide was great! Had to double up with two tours at once and did a fine job. Don’t eat before…lots of food and wine or beer! Lots of potato dishes. Great walk through Old Town Marbella. Me, wife and adult daughters all had a fun and interesting time and met new friends along the way!
Tour guide was absolutely amazing really nice guy , food was amazing and a wide range of options but on the other hand we shared our tour with other people who which didn't understand we are ment to share and resulted in a few of our group without being able to try some of the amazing dishes that where provided such a shame, the tour was informative and good fun, just a shame it felt like there was a lack of food, the 3 free drink could maybe be extended to spirits as well, the 7 people from our party weren’t all fans of wine or beer, all in all the tour was fun our guide was fabulous but the food sharing let it down

Louis our tour guide was fantastic! He was very informative about the local history and was very happy to answer any of our questions. He led us through the beautiful town of Marbella sharing fun stories and interesting facts. The food was great with plenty to eat and Louis gave us excellent recommendations of the drinks to have with each serving. A thoroughly enjoyable evening! 10/10!!

The tour had 3 stops, the tapas improved at each stop. Guide was informative. We wish he would have stayed to talk about the food after it was served. He wandered away and came back.

Tour guide was nice and gave us an informative tour of the old town. However, we came for great tapas and were disappointed in the quality, and had expected more dialogue about the tapas. We found better tasting tapas wandering around on our own reading menus and crowds.
Mike had picked excellence tapas for us to sample. He had a good sense of humor to put up with all of us. I especially enjoyed the historical comments that were both interesting and entertaining.
