Karim was the perfect guide- knowledgeable, friendly, and charming. *Everyone* knew him. He took us to places we would never have found on our own - like a community wood fired oven because he knew I had an interest in cooking. He sent us very clear instructions and even called us the night before to ask us if we had any particular things we wanted to see and do and shop for after I asked him a question by text. It was a very personalized and customized experience. If you only have one day, I recommended Karim very highly. It may have been the best tour we have ever taken.

I couldn’t recommend this trip any more! We had never been to Africa so this was a chance to dip our toe in and we’re so glad we did. Tangier far exceeded our expectations. Hamza was our guide and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, warm and accommodating. By the end of the day, we felt like we made a new friend. Every detail was top notch from communications, car transfers, and the ferry. We were met as expected in Tangier and had such an amazing day. Very nice meals (and we are foodies), picturesque stops, and a great opportunity to get a taste of Morocco’s culture. And do the camel ride! We thought it might be silly but the beach is quite lovely and we are still laughing about it a week later! Take this trip with Karim or Hamza, you won’t be sorry! It was the highlight of our week and worth every dollar!

This was a great trip. Karim was our guide in Morocco. He handled all the details from the pick up at our hotel to the tickets to board the ferry. It was seamless. He was there at the port awaiting our arrival. Karim is very personable and willing to share about the history and sites around the city. He treated us to an breakfast and a bite to eat before the end of the tour so we could experience the cuisine of Tangier. It was delicious and plentiful. There is no way you could see or really find the various areas around the city unless you have a quality guide like Karim. The camel ride was fun and beautiful all at the same time. We ended the day with a great dinner and Karim walked us to the ferry terminal and made sure we got to our boat. He arranged a driver that was waiting for us at the port in Spain who took us to our hotel. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. It was truly unforgettable. Karim is like a local celebrity and made us feel like we were VIP the whole day.

We had a wonderful day with Karim as our guide exploring the sites of Tangiers, the camel ride on the beach, he hosted us to some delicious restaurants for breakfast and lunch and the opportunity to try many Moroccan foods, and helped us explore the markets!

The tour was great! Karim our tour guide was fantastic!! He brought us to beautiful sites and the camel ride on the beach was very memorable. One of our friends has trouble walking and Karim was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Karim was simply an exceptional! A true expert on and ambassador of Tangier! Before our tour Karim informed us of what to expect from the time we were to be picked up at our hotel until the time we were dropped back off. He did everything possible to ensure we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest throughout the tour. We purchased two rugs during the market tour. After we returned home, Karim provided us with the FedEx tracking number and continued to track until our shipment was delivered. In addition; Karim is a genuine and loving human being. It was obvious walking through town, Karim is a well-respect fixture in the community. Several people went as far as to tell us that our lives have been blessed by meeting him. Tangiers is a beautiful place. Our guide Karim took us to see the beautiful tile work on homes and shops. He showed us major sites. Karim kept in contact with me before the trip so he could plan out what we wanted to see and do. We appreciated the car service picking us up and taking us back. The tour was all inclusive which is great. We had breakfast at a wonderful Moroccan restaurant. At the end of our tour we had a traditional meal at another wonderful restaurant. Karim gave us plenty of time to shop after the tour. He arranged for us to meet the rug makers and community oven and even a snake charmer. Karim was very attentive to our needs and gave special attention to our group members that had difficulty walking on the uneven ancient streets and steps.

What an experience our guide Karim gave us, he was extremely helpful and treated us amazing. To be able to see as much of Tangier we did in a day was worth every penny. From the meals, the camel ride and the shopping it was an unforgettable experience. We did not know what to expect when arriving but it turned out better than could be imagined.

Kamir is an excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable, knew all the great places to take us like the old markets, restaurants, city center, mosques, and where and how people live in the kasbah. Kamir did great explaing the culture, type of government and living conditions. Once in a lifetime experience riding camels on the beach, interacting with the camels after the ride, and seeing 3 baby camels.

We really enjoyed our day trip to Tangier. Leading up to the trip Karim was very organized and communicated all the steps we needed to take very cleary. Upon arrival we were met by Karim's sister, Jasmine. She was lovely and brought us to some gorgeous locations throughout Tangier. We had breakfast at a lovely outdoor spot-which had tractional Moroccan food and iced vanilla frappuccions for out 14 year old!! Riding the camels was great fun and visiting the local markets in the medina and having a delicious lunch there was incedilble. We would recommend this trip to anyone!

Amazing! Pick this one if you’re wavering. The tour was exciting and communication ahead of time was excellent and very friendly. ALL details were taken care of seamlessly which was important to me. Car picked us up at our hotel on time in the morning and at the return ferry. We were met at the port by our lovely guide Jasmin and driver Abdul who expertly took us around the city according to our interests and schedule. We loved it and wish we could have had more time but alas had to return to Marbella for a wedding.

A Fantastic day in Morocco! Karim was an excellent host and guide as we made our way through Tangier. We were able to see and experience a variety of sights and sounds of the city. We rode camels on the Atlantic beach! The Kasbah and Markets were amazing as we walked through a labyrinth of streets and alleyways. The 2 meals were beyond excellent. This tour was the perfect introduction to Tangier and Morocco that included a nice combination of activities. Our guide Majid was exceptional. We booked the all-inclusive day trip from Marbella to Tangier, and it was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip! I didn’t know what to expect when visiting Morocco but I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful Tangier was. We traveled to some amazing vistas, rode the camels, had tea, visited the Medina and had a nice lunch. The tour logistics and communication were perfect. Very clear and timely communication from the company so we felt well informed. The logistics were clear and well laid out so no issues or stress on the journey. Our driver picked us up from the hotel and returned us that evening. Nice ferry ride and our guide and driver were waiting in Tangier. We had some time to shop in the Medina. Would recommend being clear with your guide as to what you are interested in looking at so that they can get you to the right shops. We loved the experience and our trip to Tangier, and although we had a private guide, we found the price tag over over $1,000 for a day trip was a bit too much. I do want to say that the communication with our guide Yasmine was very thorough . She was knowledgeable and very nice, and made sure our experience was to our best liking. I would definitely recommend this trip.

We spent an incredible day in Morocco. Tangiers was beautiful, the food delicious and the camel ride exciting. But what made the tour so special was Karim, our guide. We learned so much about the Moroccan culture and history. In addition he made the day lots of fun and treated us very specially.

This tour was absolutely amazing! We were 3 couples and this was our first time in Morocco. I chose this tour because of prior recommendations and high praises given to Karim. He did not disappoint in the slightest! From the initial time I booked our trip, he was in touch with me asking questions about food allergies, what kind of shopping we wanted to do, even any particular places we would like to see. He is a wealth of knowledge having been a tour guide for 15 years! He was personable, funny and just felt like he was an old friend now part of the family! I also loved that he took photos of our group. A big shout out to Mohammed at the rug store who was patient with our group as I chose a runner for my house. I can not recommend this tour enough! We had a great time on this trip to Tangier. Many great experiences and the travel/transfers were completely stress free. Would definitely do this again. Highlights were the breakfast on the coast, Moroccan Green Tea in the Medina, the camel ride. The tour company is very open to customizing the tour to what you would like to see. So, if taking this tour I would suggest looking at things in Tangier that are of interest to you and asking to do those things specifically. We are not big shoppers and so spending time walking through the shopping areas was interesting but an activity that we could have spent less time doing. We would have spent less time shopping and seeing the shopping areas.....and spent more time on seeing some additional sites in Tangier.

Absolutely loved our day in Tangier with Karim and Abdul. They showed us the hidden gems and were very knowledgeable about the history of the area. The lunch was fantastic overlooking the ocean and included a huge spread of Moroccan food. The camel ride was so much fun. They took us into the markets and helped us with bargaining. From the first contact to the last he was super helpful and communicated about everything. Karim gave us detailed instructions about going through customs, transfer and ferry. He’s the best tour guide in Tangier!!!

Tina Turner once sang, "You're simply the best. Better than all the rest". I could tell before I left my home that Karim was going to be the ultimate tour guide. He did not disappoint. He is friendly, down-to-earth, caring and extremely knowledgeable. He hits all of the best spots to stop, look, chat and learn. It is a very comprehensive tour which covers all aspects of Moroccan society; food, culture, history and its inhabitants. Along the way you will taste olives, dates, and community bread. If you sit through the sales pitch for Berber rugs you will receive authentic Moroccan tea. You can opt out of riding the camels once he drives you by the location which will allow you to spend more time in the Market. You also have a choice of eating breakfast immediately once you arrive or waiting until you drive a bit. I recommend waiting. Karim will take you to a lovely organic restaurant that is very clean and the food is delicious. Ask him what he recommends. We enjoyed the fresh pressed juices, Moroccan olives, traditional pancake, chia pudding and traditional breakfast. You will meet Karim's friends and neighbors. Place all of your trust in him. You will not go wrong. Instructions are spot on from beginning to end. Have your voucher's ready that Karim emailed to you prior. You will need to show them at the window when you are waiting in line at the port to obtain tickets. BRING A PEN. Make sure you fill out the small form once you are cleared to wait (Tarif side) before you get on the boat to Tangier. You do not have to fill it out on your way back. You will be asked to show your passport and place your baggage on a conveyor belt several times both to and fro. Karim will purchase your tickets with you before you leave Tangier. If you buy rugs they will ship them to your home via Fedex. Know exactly the sizes you need in centimeters. His drivers are polite, polished, professional and punctual. You are in good hands the entire time. In 1982 the punk rock band The Clash sang, "Rock The Casbah". Well, "Sharif don’t like it" but Carol and Jeff do. Please do not hesitate for a moment to Rock The Casbah with Karim!

This review is from the point of view of someone who had to cancel my entire trip and therefore had to cancel the tour. When I booked my husband’s and my tour from Marbella, Spain, within minutes Karim reached out to me to introduce himself, help me understand the process, and to answer any questions I had. I immediately felt very comfortable with him and their (family) business. I knew my husband and I would be in good hands, and I feel like Karim is a friend. He truly cares. I know this because when I had to cancel the trip and tour, he reached out to me right away to make sure I’m OK. Who does that anymore? It was great. He even told me that my husband and I will be family with his family and that he hopes to meet us if we go to Tangier again. I said we will be back, and I won’t even consider another company. I did A LOT of searching and found not only an amazing tour, I found a company who really cares. It’s rare to find that anymore. Thank you, Karim!!!

Karim, our guide, arranged everything from the pick up and transport to the ferry in Tarifa from our hotel in Marbella to our return late in the day. He was in contact via texts before our trip to understand exactly what we were interested in seeing and doing. We rode camels on the beach, visited the old and new city, mosques and synagogues, shopped and ate authentic Moroccan food. Karim and our driver Abdul were very well prepared and I highly recommend them for a day excursion to Morocco. ( Karim even arranged for the rain to hold off!)

Karim was amazing! We had an awesome day trip this summer and he was the absolute best guide. He did well with our eight person group, including three young kids. From the time we were picked up at our Villa in Spain to being dropped off, the whole day was amazing. Worth every penny! The booking agent is very communicative as well. Everything went smoothly. Great tour guide. Karin was totally flexible. We told him we weren’t big on smelly spitting camels, as my husband had done a week camel safari in Pakistan and wasn’t keen on another camel joy ride 😀 loved the diversity and especially the souk. Karim is an exceptional guide, helpful, friendly and light hearted. We laughed a lot. Highly recommend this tour. We would do it again but we’re broke 😜😂😂 too much shopping. Just kidding of course. TANGIER is a must on travel list…totally beautiful city!
