From Marbella: Private Daytrip To Ronda

Excellent Guide, but Transfer Service Needs Improvement I want to start by highlighting our local guide, Dasha, who absolutely deserves a 5/5 star rating. She was fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, provided great explanations, and made our day in beautiful Ronda incredibly fun. The reason for my overall 4-star rating is due to the transfer logistics. There are too many intermediaries in the booking chain: TripAdvisor goes through Viator, who books a local operator (Yannat Tours), who then hires the driver and guide separately. This fragmented system led to two completely opposite experiences: The Good: Outstanding customer service and a wonderful tour with Dasha. The Not so Good: A very disappointing transfer experience. Our driver constantly sighed and behaved as if he did not want to be there. Furthermore, he kept the windows down the entire trip instead of using the AC or fan, presumably to save petrol, making the ride uncomfortable. I highly recommend Dasha as a guide, but I hope Yannat Tours does a better job of sourcing professional drivers in the future.

A seamless private transport to Ronda from Marbella. Excellent communication, collection from the hotel and pick up from agreed point in Ronda, made for a super afternoon in this beautiful historic centre. We were unsure whether it would be worth it, and we were so glad that we arranged it! 4 hours was enough time to see the highlights on our own. We picked up a map at the tourist centre where we were dropped off, and this indicated a loop around the old town to see the best bits. Would recommend Yannat and would not hesitate to book a trip with them again.

The tour to Ronda was one of the highlights of our trip. The drive from Marbella was smooth, thanks to our courteous driver. Our guide, Teresa, was a wealth of knowledge, making the 2-hour tour of Ronda incredibly engaging. We also appreciated the free time to discover the town on our own, which rounded off a perfect day

The driver was both punctual and friendly, ensuring a pleasant journey. In Ronda, we had the privilege of being shown around by Miguel, whose passion for his hometown was evident throughout the 2-hour guided tour. The extra 3 hours of free time gave us a chance to explore and soak in the beauty of this unique town.

Beautiful excursion to Ronda! We had been spending several days at the beach in Marbella and decided to change the scenery. This excursion was comfortable from the first moment. We were contacted by Pilar, the girl who works in the agency in Spain, and the whole process of pick up and drop off was really easy. In Ronda, we were welcomed by Antonio, our local guide, who told us about history, folklore, gastronomy...then we had another 3 hours free to have lunch following the recommendations of our guide, and enjoy Andalucia.

Wonderful experience visiting one of the most beautiful towns I have ever been to, Ronda. Our driver was friendly and punctual. Our guide in Ronda was Antonio, a native of Ronda who showed us for 2 hours his city. The attention received from the local agency was efficient from the first moment.
