Alhambra was awesome. Our driver and our tour guide were top notch. We were a little disappointed that the tour guide had to cut his normal tour short to fit Viators schedule. We missed seeing one of the palaces and couldn't go through the gift shop.

The driver and tour guide were great! Clara is so knowledgeable about the Alhambra, and Spanish history in general.
It's a long ride from Marbella, there and back. The driver spoke very little English. Would have been nice with some guiding there...atleast.
There was not enough time to enjoy the Alhambra Palace. It was great to be picked up from the hotel. Overall, compared to what we paid, the experience seemed to be limited.
The Alhambra is not to be missed. We loved having a private tour and ride for just the four of us. The guide was very knowledgeable and could answer any question we had. I would recommend eating a VERY quick lunch or just bringing your own food so that you can use the extra time allotted for eating to visit the Alhambra museum inside the Carlos V palace. Original items from the Alhambra can be seen there.
They clean vehicle, great transportation service. The tour guide was very informative of history and culture.
No trip to Andalusia is complete without a tour of the Alhambra. A private tour is the way to go. Lunch at Jardin Alberto followed by an extensive tour of the gardens and palaces was well worth the price. Our guide, Clara, had complete command of the history and English.
Raphael was a wonderful guide who shared so much information and humor with us. We were running 30 minutes behind because there was a miscommunication with the pickup location in Marbella, so Raphael made a lunch reservation after the tour for us and informed our driver that we would need an extra 30 minutes so that the tour was seamless, informative and not rushed. The only reason it was not a 5-star review is that the private tour for our family of 5 was a bit pricey but would do it exactly the same again because of the personalized attention we received.
The entire trip was fantastic. Driver and tour guide clara were outstanding. My wife and I were floored by her knowledge.
Clara was an excellent guide. Lots of historical and cultural information. But we ran out of time to see everything. We were dropped off at 1 and waited until 2:30 for the tour. We ate lunch, but would have preferred to skip lunch and see everything.
We had an incredibly memorable visit to the Alhambra with our guide, Jesus! His detailed knowledge of every aspect of history, art and architecture brought the Alhambra to life for us. His descriptions of the Nazrid palaces, practices and Granada’s historical importance truly helped us to gain deeper understanding and appreciation during our visit . We could not have asked for a better guide in terms of knowledge, conversation and an all around memorable trip!
Such a beautiful and powerful tour. Paco was a great driver and Maryla was an excellent guide. She knew so much about the history and her passion for it shows. Lunch near La Alhambra was good - went to Jardín de Nasries which was good, but busy. Recommend making a reservation if you plan on eating a meal in/around the area.
Our tour guide was cool, highly knowledgeable, and was able to cater to our needs. She listened to what we wanted to know, really appreciated that she made it our request as we were in a time crunch. Driver was safe in navigating the road, and the van was clean.
Good visit to Alhambra Palace where you can walk into the room of Queen Isabella meeting Christopher Columbus approving his trip to the new world. There are beautiful Moorish designs on walls & ceilings with viewing of City of Granada. Too bad that the walking tour is too short 2 1/2 hours. Rosie the guide was very knowledgeable & friendly. She showed the spots for the best photos & took our group pictures.
Laura was fabulous!!!! Very knowledgeable and helpful… and excited to share her knowledge! It was a great experience!!!
While this tour may be expensive, you get a lot in return. We were picked up at our hotel in Marbella. The vehicle/van was clean and safe and the driver was friendly (his English was at an intermediate level). Then we were brought to Granada and had an hour to look in the shops and grab a snack (at your own expense). Next, we were given a 2.5 tour of the Alhambra site including Generalife and all the palaces. The tour includes the tickets and allows you to jump lines -- so the same tour might have taken another hour or more if you had to bother getting tickets and waiting in lines. The guide was knowledgeable about the history and the site and was willing to answer questions and even take photos with us in it. For the return, we had the same driver and vehicle, so it was safe to leave luggage in it. We needed to go to a different hotel in a different city (Malaga) and the driver was able to take us there at no extra charge (but we prearranged this by emailing the tour operator, Tours in Malaga). One heads-up -- departure times other than the ones listed on the tripadvisor site might be available. In fact, I has selected 0800 and the tour operator asked me if we could instead start at 1330, which turned out to be fine since things in Spain operate at a later schedule than the eastern parts of the CET time zone.
Beautiful place. Our guide was knowledgeable and adjusted the tour yo suit our kids. Thank you Borjas!
Excellent views and tour very friendly guide and driver and although it was raining which is unusual was great
It was a beautiful site and so important to the history of this wonderful country. We learned so much and understood so much more because of our fantastic guide!!!
The Alhambra is a beautiful sight to see. Viator made our visit easy. Our driver picked us up and got us there on time for our tour. Our guide was wonderful and very knowledgable.
Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient! She paced the tour very well. It was well worth it!

This tour is not to be missed. It was humbling to walk through this complex that is one thousand years old. It was really beautiful as well. Our driver was very nice and professional. Our tour guide was so informative. It was obvious he was passionate about his job and desired to educate us about the history of the Alhambra and Granada. Awesome experience.

I would highly recommend a private tour to see the Alhambra. Our guide was wonderful, her English was good and she provided interesting and informative pointers throughout the trip. The drive from Marbella was just under two hours and it flew by as we started to understand more of Spain and its colourful history. As for the ride home our guide suggested that we nap and it was very much appreciated. The Alhambra itself is amazing. We viewed the gardens and made our way around the entire site in three hours. We were also provided a short break to get some refreshments.

Very good organization with lots of explanations on the bus to Granada. Stop on the way. We visited with a Francophone guide who was very knowledgeable and took us through interesting places. Visit of the Alhambra, the Generalife and the Albaicin. Free time in the city of two hours (to visit the cathedral and/or to eat). Problem is that Spanish restaurants rarely open before 12:15, so difficult. The day of the tour from the hotels in Torremolinos is Friday.
If you are near Malaga you must have seen the Alhambra. We failed to discuss it for the first time when we were there with the caravan, I was a month late! That is why we got an extra tour of the children with a visit to the Alhambra, We were and are very happy with it, fantastic!! Do, go visit it!!
Alhambra, left a deep impression on me. I'm more of a theme park type myself, but by invitation I went to Alhambra. It's beautiful, very impressive. You're quite a few sweet ones. Moreover, there is a beautiful garden where you can also walk around.
great visit.site to visit.,architecture,history,gardens. Everything is beautiful. super interesting guide...
already visited 15 years ago, but as not all visitors are respectful there are places that you can no longer visit because of lack of damage
The Alhambra itself is already wonderful, a unique place, but it was amazing to live the experience with Tours in Malaga. Excellent customer service, they make you live history through their guided tour and great value for money. Nothing negative to note.
