The hotel has a nice and pleasant overall atmosphere, and the staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which was definitely one of the positive aspects of our stay. However, for a four-star hotel, I found the room facilities quite disappointing. There was no proper luggage rack or space where we could comfortably open our suitcases, and there was nowhere convenient to hang or dry clothes or towels. There were also not enough power outlets next to the bed. The room itself did not feel very comfortable or cozy. The entire floor was covered with the same stone tiles used in the bathroom, which made the room feel rather cold and less like a four-star hotel room. The general maintenance and cleanliness of the room also need improvement. When we arrived, there were many mosquitoes in the room. On our last day, we even saw a cockroach. There were also visible marks on the walls from previously killing mosquitoes, and there was mold on the bathroom walls. The breakfast was quite basic and nothing special. Overall, the friendly staff and beautiful hotel surroundings were definitely positives, but the condition, cleanliness, and facilities of the room were below what I would expect from a four-star hotel.

Very disappointing experience for a supposed 4-star hotel. I booked and paid over €1,700 for a 6-night stay, specifically choosing an apartment with a pool view. Unfortunately, the room we were given was completely different from what was shown in the photos. It was very enclosed, with no real view at all, let alone the pool view I had booked and paid for. When I went to reception and asked for a change, the response was simply that there was nothing they could do and that this was what was available. For a 4-star hotel and at this price, I expected much better service, transparency, and respect for the reservation made by the customer. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. In my experience, it is not worth the money, and you risk wasting your money expecting a level of service and accommodation that you simply do not receive.

Very disapointing! We were given an apartement not even in the hotel.it s in other area far from the hotel. There was no possibility to change it . The WIFI never worked.We were told that it'll be fixed.It was nevze the case The kitchen is underequipped Ants are everywhere in the flat I definitely NOT RECOMMAND IT!
