I spent my vacation at this hotel last September, and I’m excited to visit again this year for a second stay. The hotel’s location is excellent and very strategic. The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable. We originally booked a standard room, but we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful gesture from the hotel. I sincerely hope they will do the same for my husband and me during our upcoming visit. There were a few minor housekeeping issues during our previous stay, but the staff responded quickly and resolved them promptly, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was refreshing, and the seating area around it was very relaxing. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its close proximity to the beach. I spent hours there simply relaxing, and the beach was exceptionally clean. Honestly, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. We have just returned from an incredible stay at THE FLAG Costa del Sol and honestly couldn't recommend it highly enough. When booking this holiday, we were looking for the perfect balance of wellness, relaxation and a touch of luxury, and THE FLAG delivered exactly that. The breakfast was exceptional. We don't normally choose buffet breakfasts, but everything felt thoughtfully curated and perfectly aligned with the hotel's wellness-focused approach. The fresh juice shots, kombucha, made-to-order eggs, excellent coffee and wide variety of healthy options made breakfast something we genuinely looked forward to every morning. The rooms were spacious, modern, beautifully designed and immaculately clean. Every detail felt considered, from the amount of storage to the kitchenware provided. The gym is without doubt one of the best hotel gyms we have used. We trained every morning at 6am and really appreciated the early opening time. The classes were fantastic and the entire wellness offering, including the sauna, exceeded our expectations.
We had such a great time in the hotel. The staff was exceptional and helpful. The facility is amazing and the rooms too. With my dog also we felt so welcomed. They tried to help and accomodate in everything. I recommend wholeheartedly! We will come back for sure! Thank you! Gracias para todo!
The FLAG is honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It's the perfect get away for a tranquil and luxurious vacation. The rooms are very spacious, equipped with a small kitchen and a large balcony. The pool area is very nice, ideal for a pool day or relaxing swim. The spa and wellness facilities are really next level: sauna, steam bath, gym, yoga room, massage rooms, you name it. The hotel is in a quite area away from the touristy areas, but just a 10 to 15 minute drive from Marbella and Estepona. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach and the promenade that is ideal for morning walks, running or a bike ride to Estepona. Bike rentals are available at the hotel. The hotel's restaurant is worth special attention. They offer high quality food with fresh and healthy ingredients. The staff was very helpful and professional. I would definitely stay here again!
