A really great hotel which we have used many times. It’s in a really great location on the beachfront. Staff on reception are very friendly and go out of their way to help and assist. Miguel is a really nice man, very professional and handles everything with a smile. A great ambassador for the Ona group.
A fabulous hotel. Right on Marbella beach. We fall asleep listening to the ocean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Miguel in particular. Nothing is too much trouble and he always has a cheerful smile 😊
The only reason that I didn't give a 5-star review, is that when we checked in, there weren't any blankets in the room. I went to reception and asked the problem to be solved. It was late at night, so all they could do was to give me thicker bedding sheets. The next day the blankets were not delivered to us, so i again went to reception and the problem was finally solved. But everything alse was good, and the staff was polite and helpful.
Fabulous hotel. Staff were exceptional, every time we came or went we were greeted with a smile and well wishes from reception! The cleaning staff had wonderful attention to detail. The very small downsides; It’s ever so slightly outdated but everything was clean and perfect for use (I especially loved the washing line on the balcony!). The breakfast was from 8-10.30am and had a broad range of great options - however, some of the hot food could be on the cold/dried out stage come 10am. Overall a fabulous place, good value for money, great location and would happily stay again.
had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Everything was excellent from start to finish, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel and gladly give it five stars!
