Oh Nice Ulises Ceuta

We have stayed at this hotel many times because there are very few alternatives in Ceuta, but our last stay was genuinely a terrible experience. We booked a room for ourselves and our children, but the room was extremely small and very hot. We asked if we could change rooms and even said that we would be willing to pay extra if necessary. However, one of the reception staff members was extremely rude and discriminatory towards us. She insisted on speaking to us in Spanish even though we are foreigners and speak English, and she even shouted at her colleague who was trying to help us change the room because we had children with us. We tried to overlook the situation, but when we were going to take the elevator, the same employee started laughing loudly at us. It honestly felt as though she was laughing at us as if she had “won.”

Cockroaches and mold found in the bathroom. Outdated rooms. They refused refunding my cancellation during Ceuta immigration crisis. The only good thing about this hotel is its location.

Good for a short stay. Right in the center, streets and plazas with cafes all around. Close to the parque mediterraneo and to the heliport as Ceuta is a neat little walkable city.

No customer service. I contacted the hotel via booking.com app they never answered! I called the hotel they told me they couldn’t help me change the date on a non refundable reservation that I had to call booking.com I called booking.com then they told me that I had to talk to the hotel. So I replied that’s the same thing they said. So they opted for sending them a message for me from them on my behalf never heard back ever!!!! Lost 145€ for nothing worst experience I’ve ever had I better stick with Airbnb!
