The hotel overall was really nice, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience exceptional was Kristina at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and so helpful throughout my stay. Having someone like her greeting guests makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
Location was amazing. Not on the beach side but road side, yet all was under 10 minutes drive (Marbella Town, Marbella Club, Puente Romano, Puerto Banus etc.). Easy street parking. Cleanliness and modern look was nice. Some of the rooms were smaller, others had a small sofa and were larger. The definite plus point was the size of the terrace which was great. Small hotel (I think 68 rooms) so you never feel its full even at the poolside. Also the size means in a day the staff knows you and you know the staff. The biggest plus point was the staff. The human element was amazing. I can remember the names of Fran and David from Reception, but also the staff at the poolside bar, even the Maitre at breakfast (Xavi I think). Even the Breakfast Chef came upto me personally to ask if he could make anything special for me. I even met him at the local shopping centre and he came up to me very warmly. Even the room cleaning lady was always smiling and asking if I needed anything.
Fantastic Hotel. We came as a group of 8. Very accommodating staff and relaxed hotel. Rooms were excellent and tidied each day. Pool bar prices were very reasonable and the food was great. Breakfast was also high quality. Special mention to Xavi, who served us over the weekend and always made sure we had what we needed. Only down side was they did run out of rose (we did drink 25 bottles a day but having more stock would be great)
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The property itself is amazing, with clean rooms and plenty of great amenities like the pool and sauna. There was also convenient space for parking. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. The location is perfect, close to the beach, the plaza, and Old Town. I will certainly stay here again the next time I visit!
I really loved my stay. All the staff were super friendly and attentive. Alex at the front desk was super nice as were all the other reception staff. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were amazing, the restaurant manager was so attentive and they happily had the chef make us things that weren’t on the buffet such as omelettes. We were able to book the spa and have it all to ourselves. The hotel is centrally located and there was underground parking. No complaints 10/10 overall
