Manaus City Tour E Musa

Very weather dependent..as Botanical Museum was closed and we shortened up the tour. Guide was a good guy but English was a challenge for him.

Unfortunately, my experience with the tour company was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The first tour, which took place outside the city, started at 10:00 a.m., and we ended up missing the guided tour. In order to visit the site, I had to pay for my own admission ticket. In addition, the scheduled duration of this tour was approximately two hours, which clearly made it impossible to reach the other two tourist attractions at the scheduled time. We were still able to make it to the theater, but the person accompanying me had to purchase a ticket on the spot, and tickets were already sold out. I consider it a serious organizational failure to leave the purchase of tickets until the last minute, especially when this was a pre-planned itinerary. As a result, we also missed the Market, which closed at 1:00 p.m. What should have been a memorable day instead became a stressful and disastrous experience, due to problems that could have easily been avoided with proper planning and organization by the company. Given all the inconvenience and disruption, I believe it would be fair and reasonable to receive a full refund for the amount paid for the tour. I hope the company recognizes the failures that occurred and provides an appropriate resolution.

Would highly recommend! This was a perfect 1 day excursion on the Amazon river basin and jungle. Amazing experiences (monkeys, piranhas, undisturbed beaches in the river basin). There was also an amazing lunch served right along the river 1/2 through the day!

Our guide Anailson and the driver were very knowledgeable about Manaus and brought this experience to life! We went all over the city learning about its fascinating past. Would highly recommend if you are visiting.

Perfect day tour for those people like us who arrived early by ship and had a late afternoon flight. Our guide Wilmar was extra accommodating and helped customize the tour to include sights which we wanted. He spoke great English and was a very nice fellow. Actually Manaus had more to see than we realized.

It didn't happen. They sent us a late notification that I didn't get until returning to our ship regarding a time change. We paid for taxi to meet up at 2 which our ticket said to do. Noone was there. This is not like Viator. We have done several trip with them that were very enjoyable. I would like a refund for this trip.$100. Thank you, Susan Mitchell

I had a private Manaus City tour that included a detailed English guided visit of the Teatro Amazonas, the Rio Negro Palace and the marketplace/port. The opera house is really amazing and definitely a must if you are in Manaus, my tour inside the Opera was a whole hour long, and I got to see every part of the building. The Rio Negro Palace was also amazing, one gets a good impression how rich Manaus was during the time of the rubber boom. The market is very interesting with all kinds of exotic fruits, fish, meat etc. I was quite happy with this tour - a safe way to see the highlights of the city. Thank you Leonardo for organizing it and also for quickly answering many of my questions about Manaus.

I made the city tour between a connection in Manaus for an afternoon. I really liked the walk. The company responds very quickly and also provides several routes that fit well for each occasion.

I really liked the city tour. Our guide Alexandre showed us great places and told interesting stories. The only silly thing was that the Amazon Museum wasn't included in the price, which we didn't know about. And it took a long time for us to be told that we were being picked up from the hotel and we had to give the address

The walk was very good. The guide explained to us with a lot of knowledge. The points visited are great for taking photos. The Market was a good place to shop and Ponta Negra Beach is very beautiful.

During the city tour, I was with a small group and we were able to calmly see several important points of Manaus. Very good! Guia also managed to explain many details. Highlight for the Theatre which has a very complete guided tour. I went to MUSA the next day and it was great too! I recommend buying the ticket with the guide, it makes a lot of difference. And don't use repellent to get into the butterfly! On the same day of the MUSA I closed a walk to the Seringal Museum, we took a boat to the Seringal site and there is also a local guide. I loved the experience!

Excellent service! Our guide, Marcelo Brandão, was great! Very friendly, passed us a lot of information, had the greatest patience with my parents, the elderly, who moved slowly. We just took the city tour in the morning. We didn't make the MUSA. Van excellent and the price was more in account than other companies that I searched, i.e. excellent cost-benefit ratio!

We took the tour with the guide Alexandre... think of a good guy, he changed the whole script to take us to places we had never been. He talked, showed the curiosities of the locals, had patience with my father (83 years old), helped us look for such buriti seeds that my father came to get... we had a lot of fun!

We bought the tour scheduled for 14h. The day before, we confirmed by WhatsApp with the operator and it was all right. On the day of the tour, in the morning, we received a message from the operator stating that the scheduled time was not possible and we would have to remarket or agree to reduce the tour. As we had no other day/hour availability, we requested the refund of the amount paid. The operator has waived the responsibility to make the refund and we will have to go to justice to recover the amount. Absurd lack of professionalism and seriousness. Bad service and lack of integrity. Tour cancelled by fault of the operator and is not responsible for the refund.
