Our flight home was cancelled by the airline due to weather. Viator refused to refund the trip cost to the airport. The circumstances were beyod our control. Terrible Viator experience.

Our flight, due to arrive in Manaus at 2:30 am was an hour late and when we walked to the pick-up point he was there, sign in hand and with a big smile. Very helpful and friendly. We booked for our return to airport.

Easy to reserve pick up from Manaus airport in Viator app. Driver was at terminal with my name boldly displayed on iPad. Very polite and friendly. He offered to take my suitcase while my husband pushed the trolley with other luggage. A short walk out of airport to a comfortable air conditioned car. Driver said it would take 25 mins to hotel…. More like 15-20 mins. Driver unloaded luggage and placed on luggage trolley inside hotel.

Being served by the car-rental firm Movida at Manaus Airport was indeed an exceptional and pleasant experience. I had planned to go from Manaus to Novo Airão on the 12th of September 2025 in order to experience the flooded rainforest and the animal life of the Rio Negro. I ordered a rental Hyundai from Denmark and received message that it would be ready as planned in the afternoon on the 12th. Upon arrival I was met by a very polite and sincere clerk named Keylan, who ,against all odds in Manaus, spoke English. While finishing the paperwork and photos, he told me about the deal with Movida and he tried to figure out whether I had experience driving in a big Southamerican city ( of which I have none except from the inside of a taxa - an experience which had confirmed the rules of chaos of the highways). He handed me the keys, showed me how to open the bonnet and the petrol tank - and then he turned on the panel display for me. Then he left. Soon I realized that getting into the GPS part of the display needed further instructions. I reached out and he showed me the techniques of using my Iphone to control the car display - something I would never in a million years have figured out by myself. And fortunately that was sufficient. I moved into Manaus rushhour traffic in time to experience the most beautiful sunset on the Ponte Negro. I had been warned of bad roads; but the highway from Manacapura to Novo Airão (100km) was by far the worst road I've ever experienced. Sometimes the potholes were as deep as the wheels - sometimes they stretched from side to side of the road. I arrived in the middle of the night, only to find that my internet connection was lost. By a stroke of genius from the concierge Luiza waiting at the hotel I was guided to the place and had three fantastic days in the forest and the surroundings to the town. Driving back to Manaus in daylight made me realize that such a road really shouldn't be passaged by small vehicles. It's ridiculously damaged. But I arrived safely at Manaus Eduardo Gomez Airport. The female Movida clerk waiting for me in the parking lot asked me in Brasilian to wait; then she stormed in to fetch Keylan. Of course one of the fenders above the wheel had a scratch. He checked the insurance conditions and the state of the car ( which was otherwise ready for use) - and he calmed me and told me that no further case was needed to finish the rental documents. I had delivered on time and he had inspected the car. This was a conversation that would have been impossible if not for his impeccable English skills and his very professional handling of the situation. I handed him the key and left the place - in complete confidence that 'Keylan was in charge'. I'm firmly convinced that only due to Keylan's exceptional calm and expertise and the fact that he spoke English and several other languages while I listened, did I have a fantastic holiday in Novo Airão. And Movida, Manaus would not be such an incredibly efficient venue if not for people like Keylan. Thank You

Excellent experience. Prompt confirmation prior to pick up and on day of pick up we were sent a photo of our driver who was waiting for us at the exit of baggage claim. Our driver, Luis, was friendly and professional and helped with our bags. Vehicle was in good shape and Luis was a safe driver. We felt safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend this company. We used them on 3 separate occasions while in Manaus and each experience was 5 star. We recommended Victor to two different friends and both had same good experiences.

The driver was there with a sign with our names as we came out of customs. This was at about 1 am. The ride to our hotel was fine. Enough room in the car for 2 people and our luggage.
This was my wife and I's first time in Brazil and straight from Rio we flew to Manaus and landed late at night around 10pm and naturally being our first day in the country and landing in a smaller city at nighttime, my wife and I were both a bit nervous about transportation to our hotel in the Old Town of Manaus, but this transportation company was very professional. Victor and his team have 3 different types of vehicles depending on your needs. Their price was reasonable from the airport compared to Ubers and as soon as I booked it they used WhatsApp to confirm with me the reservation and sent me a photo of the sign they would be holding. The driver had a proper uniform for the company as well and the signs were properly printed out as well. we were able to identify the driver right after we got our bags from the baggage claim and didn't have to worry about trying to find a taxi late at night or an uber late at night and the driver was very nice and pleasant. The car itself was also a nice car compared to Ubers that we took in the city during our trip. He dropped us off right at the hotel, which was a 20 minute drive without any issues. If you have concerns about safety in Brazil especially arriving at nightime, I can assure you that you'll be find and safe if you book with Victor and his team.

We used this service on our first trip to Manaus, to get from the airport to the downtown hotel. This operation is highly professional and dependable. Our driver contacted me prior to our arrival per WhatsApp and provided a photo of himself, and the sign with my name, as well as a description of where he would wait for us. They proactively track your flight, so us coming in about an hour early early didn't mean we had to wait. Perfect, flawless professionalism. Given issues with taxi safety in Manaus, this is service is highly recommended. A cheaper alternative would be calling an Uber, which works great here, too, but otherwise, this is a great company!

This company is excellent. Met us at 4AM at the airport with signs and an English speaking organizer. Then next day we called to schedule a city tour. They quickly arranged one for the afternoon with a wonderful English speaking guide, Salvio Gomez who was fantastic!

Transfer Victor made things so simple. After booking the airport transfer from Manaus to hotel, I got a message from Victor confirming the pick up. The driver came on time, was polite and very friendly. It was a relief to see my name on arrival at 1 am at MAO airport. I recommend using this service for arrival in Manaus. Uber is not always available in this city and Transfer Victor is much better. The owner also recommended private tours and helped me get information on the ferries, even though he’s not obligated to do so. Superb
I am a 55+ solo traveler, landed at the Manaus Brazil airport at 3am. Immediately as soon as I landed I got a text from driver and a picture of the sign with my name on it reassuring me he was waiting for me. Immigration was delayed but still Judson, the driver, was patient and waited for me. Judson was very pleasant and professional. Very conscious. Definitely recommend this service/this company and would certainly use them again.

Absolutely would use again! My mom had a 3am flight to Manaus with a 17 hour layover. We booked a nearby hotel for her to stay but she was traveling alone with baggage and was afraid to get transportation on her own at the airport. We arranged a private pickup with Victor tours who met her inside with a sign with her name. We had communicated with him earlier about our concerns and Victor even what's app us with a picture to say everything was okay and he had picked up my Mom. Excellent service seems like a nice person. May use in the future for Manaus tours.

The driver was really nice, on time and he will take you to a safe place in Manaus and avoid unsafe place. Although most people in Manaus don't speak English but just throw or show him the name of the place and he knows where to go. I'll recommend this service.
