Beautiful location, an amazing hotel, and a wonderful staff. This place is truly a paradise, and the people make it even more special. A special thank you to Mohamed, our host, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. He took great care of us throughout our entire stay. Mohamed – Tosia misses you already! 😊 The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and there was plenty of variety. The atmosphere was peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxation. We are having a wonderful stay at Jawakara Islands. The hotel is beautiful, the food is excellent, and the service is outstanding. A special thank you to Nelum, who is always incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. She always makes sure we have everything we need, serves us with a genuine smile, and makes every meal a great experience. Her professionalism and warm personality truly stand out.

I booked a session at the Jawakara Sulha Garden Spa on June 3, 2026, 2pm local times, expecting the luxury and relaxation this resort so heavily advertises. Instead, I received a masterclass in profound boundary violations and sexual harassment from my male masseur. I suppose I should commend the staff for their creative, albeit highly illegal, massage techniques. During the session, the masseur saw fit to forcefully guide my hands to linger on his aroused genitals. He didn't just slip up once—he made sure to repeat this completely non-consensual action at least five separate times. I can assure you, this bespoke addition to my treatment was neither requested nor appreciated. Furthermore, the professionalism displayed at the end of the session was equally staggering. The masseur explicitly mentioned he would wait outside the door while I got dressed. Apparently, he struggles with basic spatial awareness, as he decided to linger inside the room and watch me change my clothing instead. How exceptionally "attentive" of him. I expect the resort management to contact me immediately to address this deeply violating ordeal. Until they do, consider this a severe warning to anyone expecting a safe, professional, and lawful environment at this spa.

We spent an unforgettable 6-night stay at Jawakara Islands Maldives, splitting our time between 3 nights in a **Beach Villa** and 3 nights in an **Overwater Villa**. The views and natural scenery across the resort were absolutely stunning and breathtaking. Our Host (Rojila): A special thanks goes to our amazing island host, Rojila. She was incredibly helpful, proactive, and always communication-ready. She replied to our messages instantly and was always on top of everything we needed, making our stay seamless **Dining & Service:** ‏The dining experience was excellent! They features a different cuisine theme for dinner every single night, which kept the food exciting and diverse. Furthermore, the service at the restaurant was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Service Recovery & Quick Response: We encountered a couple of minor technical issues during our stay, but the resort's lightning-fast response and professionalism truly stood out: On our first day:There was a power outage, but the maintenance team resolved it within just an hour. As a lovely gesture and apology, management compensated us with free bicycle rentals for our entire 6-day stay, which made exploring the island very convenient and fun. The Air Conditioning:It stopped working at one point, but upon notifying them, the team arrived immediately and repaired it in no time. Jawakara is a fantastic resort, and I highly recommend it. Their dedication to guest satisfaction and quick problem-solving turned any minor inconvenience into a very positive experience!
