Dreamland Maldives - The Unique Sea & Lake Resort Spa

We stayed in Dreamland hotel for 6 days in October 2026. This was a family trip. Overall, we enjoyed the resort very much. Diving with JOY DIVE was great, very professional, and the rest of the stay was good. The beach and environment were clean we snorkeling around the island was fantastic ! A few points for improvement we believe - Plastic bottles for water are used extensively. The hotel should try to find a way to provide water without using so much plastic - Besides, the smell of the incinerator/fire every night was really not nice... it smelled like plastic.... not sure this is really healthy - We went for fishing with a fisherman out of the hotel organization, set everything on our side, etc... when the staff at the hotel realised it, we were charged 90USD just for the fisherman accessing to the island... this was really a shame... we know everything is expensive on the islands in Maldives, but this was clearly too much ! - Finally, the service people taking care of the room or the restaurants were very nice and smiling. Which was not so much the case of the staff at the reception... a bit of effort to do here.

Me and my friend had a great time in this hotel I would recommend to come again and the service was amazing. There were so many nice people.

Most amazing experience, food tasty and cooked brilliantly chefs fantastic. staff just the best nothing to much trouble. Mantas and turtles plus eagle rays and fish everywhere on the house reef We will return We have returned in march 2026, on half board plus. The island just as amazing as before, the food just as tasty and enjoyable. The chefs so good and helpful.The waiters and bar staff so happy and engaging. A big thank you to Najid, Zane and Sadin. Plus chefs Sarip and Julhas. Plus Faheem, James, Muhammed, Sajuna and Rajan. A massive thank you to Captain Hamed and joylen. The only let down was a massage, it seemed rushed and very rough not enjoyable at all. Room location 112 brilliant not a lot of shade though,but the view was incredible. Snorkeling very good Turtles, Spotted Eagle Rays, Clown Fish and loads of other fish. We will return again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This island is truly a hidden gem in the Maldives and offers a one-of-a-kind experience. It’s the only island with a natural swimming biotope, which makes it incredibly special and perfect for relaxing in a unique environment. The house reef is absolutely stunning, full of vibrant marine life, and ideal for snorkeling. You can even go turtle snorkeling, which is an unforgettable experience. The excursions are perfectly organized especially the dolphin watching trips, where seeing dolphins feels almost guaranteed! All of the staff is super friendly and another charming detail is the island’s own resident heron, which adds to the natural and peaceful atmosphere. The food is exceptional delicious and fresh at every meal, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Everything is prepared with great care and offers a wide variety. Overall, this is the perfect place to unwind, disconnect, and truly experience the authentic Maldives feeling. Highly recommended!
